The 3 bedroom Detatched centrally heated property sits on a large enclosed private plot, with landscaped area set to large formal lawned (artificial grass) with various planting of trees & shrubs around the perimiter with the remaining area being bark chipped..a decking area with table and seating (that faces South-West) surrounds the patio to the rear of the house & is the ideal place to watch the sunset. In the summer months on the paving terrace a barbecue is available. INSIDE THE PROPERTY WHICH HAS RECENTLY BEEN TOTALLY RE-FURBISHED THERE IS A GENEROUS LOUNGE/DINING AREA WITH COMFORTABLE SEATING FOR 5 PERSONS. A WIDE SCREEN TELEVISION IS WALL MOUNTED FOR GUESTS ENJOYMENT WITH SKY FREE-VIEW ACCESS AS STANDARD. THE SKY-BROADBAND COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI PROVISION IS AVAILABLE IN ALL OF THE ROOMS. IN THE NEWLY APPOINTED & FITTED KITCHEN AREA THERE IS AN UPRIGHT FRIDGE/FREEZER, WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER, BUILT-IN MICROWAVE, 4 RING GAS HOB, DOUBLE ELECTRIC OVEN, KETTLE, STEAM IRON, IRONING BOARD AND HIGH CHAIR. A HAIR DRYER IS AVAILABLE. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FOR THE PERIOD OF HIRE FOR THE APPROPRIATE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND CHANGED EVERY WEEK UNLESS THERE IS A CHANGE-OVER BEFORE A WEEK, IN WHICH CASE A PROPERTY CLEAN AND FRESH LINEN IS STANDARD. A TRAVEL COT & COT BEDDING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST THIS WHEN BOOKING.
