Nice compact, clean character apartment. 2 bedroom kitchenette living room and a vathroom. 10 to 15 minutes to town Ander Castle. Andrew was friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful few days in this cottage flat in Windsor. It’s located in a residential area about a 15 minute walk from the historic centre along the Thames river. Such a lovely walk into town seeing the people, the boats, the geese and of course, the famous swans.
Andi could not have been a better host. Communication was outstanding, kind, informative, and extremely helpful. In addition to the logistics and information about getting into the unit, Andi was there to greet us when we arrived and had lots of great suggestions and directions for us to help us get started with our visit to the area.
It was so nice to have a two bedroom space for our stay. The space was very comfortable and provided everything we needed.
Even though the weather was very warm while we were there, windows on both ends of the apartment, made it very comfortable as we were able to get across breeze through the space.
Highly recommend this listing and space. And will certainly be recommending to anyone we know who plans to visit the Windsor area.

Family weekend in Windsor 13-16 August
Pleasant enough weekend marred by several cleaning issues but, more importantly, unusable showers in both en-suite and main bathroom. Former due to a recent leak awaiting repair, the latter a thermostatic control seized in the (very) hot position. Inability to shower, wash hair etc took the edge off a busy w/end. However, communication with Andrew was very good and compensation agreed as a good will gesture in recognition of these shortcomings.
With the issues addressed the flat would provide small but workable place to stay convenient to the town centre, river, Eaton etc only a 5-10 minute walk away.
Andrew was very considerate and An extremely hospitable host. I’d rate 6 stars if I could. Parking as sometimes a challenge but given the times and circumstances this was fair enough. The flat uses the space v well and was extremely well presented. I’d recommend this property to anyone wanting a cosy, homely flat to use as a base for exploring Windsor or getting to Heathrow early Morning (as we were) P
This was a gem of a find. Andy couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The place was spotless and made us feel at home. Nothing makes or breaks a holiday like poor accommodation, and we couldn't have been luckier.
This Windsor City Centre property is ideally situated for visiting Windsor with easy access to bus and rail for exploring further afield. The apartment is clean and tidy with easy access and on street parking right outside. The owners live right round the corner and were super helpful in ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible and that we had everything we needed.

Lovely guests, respectful and good to communicate with. They left the house tidy and clean. Would defined recommend.
We had a great stay in Windsor and loved the cottage. The cottage has great character, attentive hosts, and had everything we needed.
Andy met us at the door with 2 minutes notice, was very friendly, and told us all about the nearby attractions while pointing them out on a map. We ended up following a lot of his advice and were glad we did.
We ended up surviving the hottest July day ever recorded in England (38C!), in no small part because of the fan Andy brought over. He also came over and turned on the hot water tap for us to make coffee in the French press. Both times he was over very quickly.
The cottage had everything we needed and all of the rooms were big enough for comfort. The bathrooms have been remodeled and were very nice. The location was great and close to everything. It's a 2 block walk to the Thames river path and you can walk in to the heart of the area along the river. Very pleasant easy walk.
We had an amazing time at the castle, such a great experience. We ate at The George, Brown's, Cote Brasserie, and The Boatman and all were good experiences. The Boatman and Cote have really nice riverside dining.
We would definitely stay here again!
Cheers!
Everything you need for a short break.
The stairs were much steeper than we expected so difficult to cope with big suitcases ( note to self... always pack light). Issues with showers resolved quickly by Andy & Alessio although mixed information re not being able to use walk in shower due to leaking into room below.

Great flat right near the heart of Windsor!!
Great flat and Alessio was great. He met us at the flat right on time at 2:00 and our stay was uneventful. They have a nice little patch of grass in the back where you can run and if you ask you can park in the front and he will bring a couple of parking passes. The only advice is if you are traveling from America and take the red eye, see if Alessio will do a slightly earlier checkin. We were so tired when we got in and we ended up falling asleep in the car right in front. I never asked but knowing Alessio and how helpful he is and how accommodating he is he might be able to help.

Windsor Flat
The flat was very nice And was an ideal location for exploring Windsor. There were a couple small problems but the owner fixed them quickly after we notified him. My only minor complaint was their total inflexibility about check in time. So if you have an overnight flight with an early morning arrival, don’t plan on being able to grab an early nap.

Perfect location and the owner was so accommodating! Would def stay here again.
The flat was lovely, it was a bit smaller than I had thought but it did meet our needs and the location couldn't have been better. A short walk and we were at the river or the castle or the train or the shopping - restaurant area. I couldn't find the blow dryer and the owner popped right over with another. I had put my clothes right over it as we settled in. He was so sweet about it. We arrived early and since he didn't have another booking the day before he was happy to let us in early. That was a lifesaver.
We had a lovely vacation, largely due to our great location and the congenial support from our VRBO host.
Thank you Alessio!

Fantastic Flat
Can’t praise this flat enough!
Andy was a very helpful and attentive host who just about thought of everything his guests would need for a short stay.
Great location too, close to the riverside for walking into Windsor, with a co-op nearby for orovisions and a great local pub serving good quality food.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
