Enjoy the total privacy of this charming bungalow while being just a short 1 ½ block walk from the heart of downtown Historic Grants Pass. The downtown offers fine restaurants, nightlife, unique boutiques, large variety of antique stores, music, a seasonal Saturday Farmer's Market and more.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, and a small dining area. You have WI-FI, W/D (shared with The Cottage), Netflix, linens, towels, heat/air, and off-street parking.
The Bungalow offers a split bathroom. The water closet can be accessed by both the bedroom and living room, while the tub/shower is accessed through the bedroom.
The private peaceful courtyard provides the perfect outdoor living space. You have your own patio table with chairs and umbrella and patio swing. Non-smoking property. Sorry, No Pets
