Very quiet 100sqm apartment in Solto Collina - Lake Iseo. The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor in a newly renovated sunny villa. Large eat-in kitchen, living room with dining table, sofas and armchairs. Large terrace. Three bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation is located near grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, post office, church bars and restaurants. Lake Iseo is located about 3km away.
Ezio and Anna, the owners, live in the apartment upstairs and we are always available for any request or problem. We love meeting people and hospitality is in our DNA. We have managed a hotel for over 30 years. We speak Spanish, French well enough and have a school knowledge of English.

Mooi appartement op een fijne plek
In het appartement is het fijn vertoeven. Op loopafstand is er een kleine buurtsuper voor het verse brood bij het ontbijt. Vanuit de woning kan heel gemakkelijk de omgeving worden verkend. Solto Collina ligt dicht bij het meer en dat levert prachtige autoritten op!
