Buena ubicación y precio
El apartamento está muy bien situado, muy próximo al casco antiguo del pueblo y además el precio es adecuado. Pese a esto, el estado de parte del mobiliario del piso, así como la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina i las zonas comunes, dejaba mucho que desear; la barbacoa estaba inservible, el patio sin cuidar y la televisión no se podía sintonizar.
