Superb location and superb accommodation

Sandro as Elena are fabulous hosts. They were super flexible with our check in (we had a delay with flights). The apartment was clean, bright and had everything we needed.

Italy yearly Visit

Great place extremely close to all beaches with amazing views of Adriatic. Many great restaurants all within walking distance. Cannot beat also having your very own parking spot in a gated lot right under the apartment!

Great place to stay

Very cozy apartment, with friendly, attentive and responsive host. There were some issues with the utilities which we thought would take some to fix but to our surprise they were instantly resolved by the owner. The apartment is perfectly located near the beach and is in walking distance from most of MM shops and attractions

Nice holiday apartement

The flat was generally very nice with rooms fitting our group well. The kitchen was well equipped and included a dishwasher. The flat is nicely situated near the beach with view of the ocean from all balconies. The beds were very comfortable. The two showers were a great benefit, as well as the washing machine. However, there were multiple problems with the electric fuse when running the oven simulatenously with other devices. Additionally there should have been more cuttlery for groups of 5 people. The windows didn't seal well, so in the weekend it would be a bit loud in the evenings from the nearby bars.

Wonderful stay in MiMa

We spent a week in MiMa while our son was in a camp in nearby Cervia. The apartment was fantastic: amazing location, comfortable, and has parking. The host communicated in English and was timely with his responses. Check in was slightly challenging as the woman who did the actual checking in spoke no English so some things were missed in translation, but ultimately we figured it out using a translation app. It’s important to note that when we booked, WiFi was listed on the list of amenities, but there’s no WiFi. It was a little shocking to us given a) it’s 2024 and b) we were planning on working US hours. But…the cell service is a full 5G So setting up a personal hotspot was no big deal. It all worked out in the end and didn’t take away from the 5 stars we're giving the property.

Uns (4 Personen: 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) hat es gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Anna empfangen!Lediglich der nicht zu öffnende Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Badezimmer war ärgerlich. Dies wurde vier Tage nach unserer Ankunft behoben. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist prima, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Meer. Die Lautstärke von außen fanden wir in Ordnung. Freitags und Samstags ist extrem viel los, da wird es etwas lauter und das auch bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Dafür ist man halt "mittendrin"... ;-)

Sul mare direttamente

Appartamento in un condominio a 50 metri dal bagno più vicino. Minigolf farmacia tabaccheria a e supermercati a pochissimo minuti a piedi di distanza. Casa spaziosa esattamente come descritta nell annuncio.utilissimo anche l ascensore e il parchegfio privato con accesso tramite cancello automatico. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Torneremo sicuramente

Toller Blick aufs Meer

Absolut toller Standort für einen Urlaub am Strand. Auch lässt sich das Umland mit Fahrrad bestens erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Einzig die Ausstattung könnte an manchen Stellen eine Überholung und die Matratzen einen Schonbezug vertragen. Sonst war aber alles in Ordnung.

Schöner Meerblick

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Meer in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar. Bis auf die Wegbeschreibung in der Fewo-App hat alles funktioniert.

Vacanza tra relax e comfort

Appartamento spazioso e ben attrezzato, con un'ottima vista sul mare. A pochi passi dagli stabilimenti balneari ed al centro. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di pranzare e cenare sul terrazzo. Marina e Alberto disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consigliamo!

Favoloso

Siamo state benissimo. L'appartamento è proprio sul mare, praticamente in spiaggia. Servito da tutto a distanza di una passeggiata. Casa super accessoriata, non manca nulla. Top le due bergere in sala messe apposta per farci sentire a casa. Proprietari gentilissimi, la Sig.ra Marina è super cortese e simpatica. Ci torneremo.

Vacanza perfetta!

Non potevamo trovare di meglio per una vacanza all'insegna del relax! Posizione centrale sia per passeggiare sulla spiaggia che per andare in pineta o nel centro nevralgico di Milano Marittima......o anche solo per godersi il mare e il paesaggio fino a Gabicce sui vari terrazzi, soprattutto quello fronte mare. L'interno della casa ti fa sentire come a casa tua, perfettamente attrezzata e curata in ogni minimo particolare. Grazie per l'ospitalità! A presto.
