On the Limfjord island Fur you will find this holiday home, which is situated high up in quiet surroundings and with a view of the area and the Limfjord. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and appears bright and inviting in light colors and modern and comfortable interior. The house is energy-friendly with two air/air heat pumps, solar cells and extra well insulated. Combined living room and kitchen with ceramic stove, extractor hood, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and practical dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a large dining table, so there is room for all the house's guests at the dinner table. There is a Smart TV, PlayStation3 and a stereo system with CD player. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. Two are furnished with a double bed and one with two bunks for 4 people. From the living room there is access to the house's terrace, from where you can enjoy the view while dinner is being prepared on the grill. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a double bed in the living room. From the living room on the 1st floor there is a magnificent view of the Limfjord and the area. There is an extra TV on the 1st floor. The house's large pool area is bright and inviting. Here you can enjoy many hours of relaxation in the pool or hot tub. After a long walk, it is good to warm up in the sauna. In connection with the pool area there is an extra bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Fur offers relaxation and nature. There are good opportunities for cycling or walking in the beautiful nature. A visit to Fur Bryghus is both tasty and very interesting. The island offers several good and child-friendly beaches. After a pleasant trip of a few minutes with the island's ferry to the mainland, it is not far to Jesperhus Blomsterpark with its many thousands of flowers or a visit to Hjerl Hede. Of the larger towns in the area, a trip to Skive or Holstebro is recommended. There you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. The Limfjord is Denmark's largest fjord. The entire coast of Limfjord has many good, child-friendly beaches and it is an absolute paradise for all kinds of water sports. There is a 22kW AC Type 2 charger for the electric car at the house. Not rented to youth groups and crafts groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
