Ich mag die Atmosphäre in dem Haus - ankommen und wohlfühlen. Es ist alt und hat seine Macken - mir gefällt das. Der Garten ist relativ groß, es gibt einen Sandkasten und eine Schaukel. Die hintere Terrasse ist relativ windgeschützt, an sonnigen Tagen kann man hier auch im Herbst noch schön sitzen. Durch die Büsche vor dem Haus ist weder das Haus noch der Garten gut einsehbar, man hat also ein bisschen Privatsphäre. Für eine komplette Familie wären mir die Schlafzimmer wahrscheinlich zu eng, für Alleinerziehende mit einem oder mehreren Kindern finde ich es groß genug.
