Well-equipped and practically furnished cottage with i.a. air conditioning / heat pump, which cools in summer and heats in winter and is further energy-saving. At the south-facing end of the house there is a bright conservatory where for sure many hours will be spent. For the kids there are swings, sandpit, soccer goal and basketball hoop. The large lawn is as created for ball games or a small healthy badminton match. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
