Welcome to this nice, practical and spacious house in the genuine fishing village of Hörvik. You have a large living room here with a wood burning stove for cool evenings and in the house there is also a sauna for the whole family. Here you can really have a good time all year round. After the sauna you can enjoy a cooling dip in the sea and if it feels too cold, the heated pool is right outside. The pool is heated to about 20 degrees celcius all year round. The large patio has a roof and the glazed conservatory is wonderful when it gets a little cool in the evening. The garden is protected from outside viewers and facing south. In the living room there is, among other things, an X-box for the ones that like games. With its 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of space for the large family, or why not two families who want to spend their holidays together. There are nice barbecue areas in the area and one viewpoint nearby as well as nice and well-marked hiking trails. You can take advantage of bathing from the rocks a few hundred meters from your house. Hörvik otherwise offers a sandy beach with play equipment. In Nogersund you can take a boat to Hanö Lighthouse and for those interested in golf, the nearest golf course is in Sölvesborg. The house has a modern heating system based on solar energy. Electric vehicle charging (11 kW) is available and will be charged according to the current electricity rate, in addition to the rental cost. Nearby events include Sweden Rock Festival and Jazz Festival in Hällevik.
