An excellent holiday house by the sea with 2 floors, with living room on the 1st and a loft room on the 2nd floor. The several terraces are 38 m² combined, giving the plot a huge utility value. Free wireless internet. TV: Apple TV og ChromeCast. Sauna for 6-8 people in a separate small building on the terrace with windows and views of the fjord. The included 16 ft Quicksilver boat with 30 hp Mercury 4-stroke motor and sonar (available between week 17 and until week 40) is found directly below the house. Go fishing in a unique archipelago only a short distance from the house! These sheltered waters are suitable for fishing all year around. The cod starts coming in February, March and April. Life jackets included. An outdoor fish cleaning table with running water at your disposal. You can choose to eat indoor or outdoors, both places are spacious. The river of Ørstaelva is 30 km away, where salmon and trout are frequent. The lake of Skogavatnet has trout, 7 km away. You can go swimming right by the house, from the dock or on the small, sandy beach 10 meters away. Or the Overåsanden, a great sandy beach with volleyball, 30 km away. The city of Ulsteinvik is 14 km away, and has everything you need. The area has numerous of activities.
