The house has a large activity room where you can play pool/billiards, table tennis and darts or just enjoy the holiday. The house has 2 bathrooms, one of which has a changing mat, 2-person whirlpool and sauna. Around the house you will find a 180 m2 terrace, of which 20 m2 is covered so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun and arrange a nice barbecue. The slightly cooler evenings can be spent indoors in the living room in front of the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
