Holiday cottage approx. 200 m from the North Sea. The house is located on a 2655 m² large natural plot overlooking the dunes from the terrace. There is a 11 m² annex with 2 3/4-size beds, perfect for e.g. teenagers or grandparents. The house is well-furnished with e.g. flatscreen TV and open concept kitchen/living room. There is wood-burning stove, DVD player and stereo set with CD player. The kitchen has i.a. electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave oven. Bathroom with shower cubicle. On the beach you can search for amber, do some fishing or just enjoy the quiet surroundings near Vrist.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
