Well located cottage overlooking the dunes located on a 2500 m & # 178; large natural plot in quiet surroundings by Vrist. The ground floor appears bright and is furnished with a separate kitchen with open access to the living room. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob / stove, extractor hood and microwave. The living room has good furniture, flat screen TV and wood stove to spread coziness and warmth on a cool summer evening or a rainy autumn day. The living room has direct access to one of the terraces. On the ground floor you will also find the bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. 1st floor contains living room with flat screen TV and access to the house's balcony, where the fantastic views of the dunes / landscape can be enjoyed. In addition, two bedrooms and extra sleeping space for two people. For the youngest of the family there is a cot. The house is energy friendly with heat pump. The house has several terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor fish cleaning area, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. Approx. 300 meters from the house there is a playground, table bench set and football field. The North Sea is quite a few hundred meters from the house. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
