There are also air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove which provides a comfortable heating during the cold months. Large bathroom with 2-persons whirlpool and a sauna for 4 persons. Combined living and dining room with access to the terrace. The living room has a large flatscreen-TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and a PlayStation. The fully equipped kitchen has i.a. fan oven and microwave oven. 4 bedrooms at either ends of the house and a large mezzanine overlooking the kitchen-family room. Large, open and covered terrace with grill. The garden has football goal, sandpit, swing set and various games. Approx. 200 m from the house is a child-friendly beach. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
