The pool area has both a 18 m² large pool, slide, counter-current system, large, built-in whirlpool and a 4-6 persons sauna. The children can frolic in the pool and you can relax in the whirlpool and sauna after an active day. The construction of the house with large panoramic windows in the gable mean you have views of the terrace and nature. The house is the best Bornholm has to offer and has every luxury needed, is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping sections. Each section has its own bathroom and there is an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool area. All bathrooms have underfloor heating through geothermal heating. Tastefully furnished living/dining room with CD player, flatscreen TV, DVD player, high chair and a wood-burning stove. There are several TVs, PlayStation4 and DVD players. All bedrooms have box-mattresses. Furthermore 2 large and spacious mezzanines of which one is for playing and has a beanbag and TV and one has mattresses. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. The well-structured kitchen has 2 fridges and a large freezer, 2 kitchen sinks, 2 dish washers and 2 cookers with ceramic burners. There is a 16A CEE plug for recharging electric cars. There is a basketball court with 2 baskets as well as a jungle gym and sandpit. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
