Renovated Beach House - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

A holiday cottage located on an enclosed plot in a quiet but popular cottage area, close to the sea and 300 metres from a family friendly beach. The living room is bright with a wood-burning stove and energy-saving heat pump. There is both a covered and open terrace that you can enjoy on summer nights. There is also a playhouse and sandbox for children. There is a restaurant and camping grounds in the area, where you can buy bread in the morning. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Es ist sehr erholsam und ruhig. Kurze Wegstrecke zum Strand, für schöne Strandspaziergänge am Strand

Check-in war super, Küchenausstattung alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wenn Selbstreinigung erfolgt, bitte genauer kontrollieren. Ansonsten super und sehr gemütlich.

Hätte besser laufen können

Das Positive zuerst. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig.Das nicht so Gute.Die Ankunft war Katastrophe. Im Dunklen, bei Regen, Wind und Kälte ums Haus gelaufen und die Key Box gesucht. Die auf den Bildern abgebildete war nicht passend. Nach zwei Stunden und Hilfe haben wir raus bekommen, das es noch eine Zweite gab. Diese konnte man ohne genug Licht nicht gut sehen. Und den Wasserzähler mussten wir auch suchen. Dieser war nur am Tage zu finden. Dieser befand sich draußen im Boden. Die Sauberkeit hätte auch besser sein können. Überall Spinnweben und tote Mücken an den Wänden und im Backofen eine vergessene Kartoffel. Verschiedene Mülltonnen zum Trennen waren da, aber nur ein kleiner Mülleimer. Im Staubsauger war der Filter voll und der Abzieher in der Dusche sah auch nicht mehr gut aus. In der Toilette hatte sich Urinstein festgesetzt und der Abfluss im Waschbecken rostete. In der Beschreibung zu den Betten stand King -Betten. Hatten wenigstens mit 1,60m gerechnet. Es waren nur 1,40m.
