On a secluded plot in a rural location, this Spanish-style holiday cottage is close to the trees. The decor is personal and kept in rustic peasant style. Particularly appealing is the kitchen with the beautiful barn doors. The living room, with a wood-burning stove made of cast iron, you can see directly into the pool area, which has underfloor heating, and where you can swim in a 36 m² large swimming pool. The pool room of 75 m² is also equipped with a seating area and table tennis, remember racquets and balls, so you're ready for a match. From the pool room there is access to a large terrace where you can arrange cosy barbecues by the solid brick grill table. There is of course also thought of the children with swing and sandbox available. Ca. 100 metres from the house you can rent horses all year. Ca. 250 metres from the house you will find an 18-holes golf course. From 1 April to 25 October there is a grocery ca. 100 metres from the house. Short distance to popular Henne Strand and attractions and sights in the area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
