Well-equipped kitchen with tile floors and every amenity needed e.g. dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, ceramic cooker etc. 2 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating as well as washer and dryer in one of them. 4 bedrooms. For the children there are cot and high chair. There house has been renovated over the years, last time was in 2019. There is solar energy and 2 heat pumps which makes the house very energy-efficient. Large natural plot of 1400 m² with good opportunity for the children to frolic and there is a swing and a sandpit. There is also a portable table tennis table you can place whereever you want.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
