situation excellente mais manque de propreté

Excellente situation géographique (Grand Hotel de Font Romeu qui est toujours aussi impressionnant), la piÚce de vie de l'appartement est trÚs spacieuse avec deux magnifiques vues grùce à son exposition, convient trÚs bien à trois adultes, le gros bémol est le manque de propreté à l'arrivée, effectivement devoir faire le ménage avant de déposer ses valises n'est pas un bon début de vacances, gros point à revoir mais sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Apparemment trĂšs bien situĂ©, au calme. Équipement complet. Dommage que les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents n’aient pas jugĂ© bon de faire le mĂ©nage avant leur dĂ©part! Donc obligĂ© de le faire Ă  notre arrivĂ©e car l’appartement Ă©tait sale et malodorant. Cuisine minuscule mais trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Parfait pour 4!

2 adultes et 2 enfants 5 et 10 ans. Proche de tout. IdĂ©al pour accĂ©der aux tĂ©lĂ©cabines. Grand hĂŽtel fabuleux. Seul hic la gestion du chauffage collectif. Il faut rĂ©guler en ouvrant ou fermant les fenĂȘtres ou en ouvrant et fermant les radiateurs tout au long de la journĂ©e qu'elle gaspillage d'Ă©nergie.

Nous avons réservé pour le 3e fois consécutive notre séjour à Font Romeu dans cet appartement, vraiment trÚs agréable, situé dans le grand HÎtel mythique de Font romeu, dominant sur toute la vallée. Le propriétaire est d'une amabilité, d'une cordialité, et d'une disponibilité constantes que nous avons grandement appréciées à chacune de nos réservations. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, exposé à la fois vers le sud et l'est, lumineux, à 2 pas des télécabines menant à la station, et à un saut de puce du centre du village et de toutes ses commodités. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple, avec 1 ou 2 enfants, bien agencé, malgré une toute petite cuisine, trÚs bien équipé, propre et coquet....tout pour passer un excellent séjour!! et encore une fois, nous reviendrons probablement l'année prochaine!!

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cet appartement pour la 2Ăšme annĂ©e, dĂ©jĂ  enchantĂ©s la 1Ăšre fois....et encore cette annĂ©e, tout correspondait Ă  notre attente. Le propriĂ©taire est charmant et disponible, ses rĂ©ponses rapides. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  5mn tout au plus des tĂ©lĂ©cabines nous menant au pied des pistes. Le centre du village et toutes ses commoditĂ©s sont Ă©galement Ă  2mn. L'appartement est trĂšs bien entretenu, d'une propretĂ© impeccable, trĂšs bien achalandĂ©, fonctionnel. La mezzanine dispose d'un plafond trĂšs bas, donc bien plus adaptĂ©e Ă  des enfants, attention aux tĂȘtes! La vue dont on bĂ©nĂ©ficie est tout simplement somptueuse,panoramique donnant sur toute la chaine sud. En conclusion, encore un excellent sĂ©jour, dans un appartement que l'on ne peut que conseiller!!...et encore une fois, nous y reviendrons trĂšs certainement avec grand plaisir et en confiance!

appartement petit mais trÚs fonctionnel, lumineux, bien agencé et bien équipé, superbe vue plein sud sur la vallée et la chaßne montagneuse; trÚs petite cuisinette, mais suffisante pour une petite semaine de ski; idéal pour couple avec 2enfants; le grand hÎtel est un peu bruyant(vieil édifice) mais admirablement entretenu, superbement situé, dominant, à 2 pas des télécabines et de toute commodité...un trÚs agréable séjour; propriétaire sérieux, contacts aisés et rapides....nous reviendrons!!

location super, a 5 min en luge des telecabines, commerces, office du tourisme...et au calme entoure par le parc de l'hotel. Pas tres grande (on est au ski...) mais bien organise. super pour famille (jeux, mezzanine sympa, a 5 min : manege, bibliotheque, jeux gonflables). tres camle (mais hors vacances scolaire) , peut etre un peu bruyant sinon.
