Waterfront, privately located, secluded, spacious and comfortable 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, full large kitchen, bar area, 8 seat dinning, Villa and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom fully equipment spacious stand alone guesthouse. Swimming pool, lush landscaping, gazebo, fishing dock facilities. Outdoor patio with plenty of furnishings. Just minutes away from the town area of North Caicos.

The villa features a very open floor plan with a beautiful turquoise waterfront from nearly every room. There is only one neighboring house (to the West), thus being very private. It’s the ideal location for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding, and just relaxing.

Peaceful, quiet, secluded and spacious. This four-bedroom house and guesthouse property comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Three of the bedrooms, kitchen and dinning area have a view of the ocean, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Forth bedroom is in a stand alone guesthouse. For fun head on down to our private dock where you may fish with the possibility of catching your dinner for the night or enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking (available for rent) and kayaking along the beautiful Creek. This property is also perfect for a private wedding setting.

Compact car included - You pay faxes fees and insurance. Upgrades available through Turquoise Car Rental upon request and availability.

Guesthouse is not rented to third party when main house only is occupied.

Note we are not on the main island of Providenciales where you fly into. You will need to take a smooth and short 25 minutes ferry ride to this island. We can arrange for you to be met at the airport by a taxi who would take you to the ferry port, you pay the taxi directly. We meet you at the ferry port here with the car and show you to the villa.

Beautiful villa

Kadra was very responsive to our questions beforehand and during our stay. The property is beautiful and you have access to the beach right in the backyard. ***BRING CASH if you are staying on North Caicos or any of the other remote islands - many places do not take card.

Friends get away

The property is lovely, stunning view, gorgeous sunrise. We spent many hours in the pool area. So many beaches, all a bit different, just a short ride away. Middle Caicos is a must visit. Kadra,the host, is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to questions and requests. A great 3 day get away.

Island vibes

Truly a wonderful experience. North Caicos is a place where everyone is glad to see you and loves to laugh. Kadra was a wonderful property manager and was responsive and made excellent recommendations as to beaches, restaurants and excursions. The house is super remote and you have total privacy. We kayaked, fished, but mostly soaked in the sun and the warm breeze. Beds very comfortable, hot water takes a minute to get there buts great, pool cold but refreshing, A/C excellent. The beaches in north Caicos are gorgeous and practically empty. If you want get away and recharge, this is the place. Thank you kadra, we will see you soon!

Amazing House!

House is perfectly located for a secluded getaway. Very accurate description in the listing. Perfect for a group. The house is right on the water with an amazing view of Bottle Creek. No beach, but beaches are a short drive away. Kadra, the homeowner, was absolutely amazing! She helped guide us on getting to the island from Provo by organizing transportation and rental car. Her restaurant, Cilantro was delicious. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!

Family Getaway

The property was located on North Caicos away from the resorts on Providenciales. It is a beautiful quiet island. You can drive to beaches on North and Middle Caicos and have a beautiful beach away from the crowds. Kadra met us at the ferry to give us our rental cars and then took us to the house. The accommodations were great. The house was well stocked. Beach towels were supplied. We enjoyed the scenery on Bottle Creek. Restaurants on the island are small and intimate. If you are looking to get away and relax this is the place to visit.

A gem. Lovely villa in a peaceful waterfront setting

This was the perfect place for us a base for DIY bonefishing. Right on Bottle creek with immediate access to the bonefishing flats. Two nice kayaks at our disposal to access the fishing or to explore the creek. Our wives enjoyed the pristine pool, deck, peace and quiet and short drive to close beaches to walk and swim. The villa is in new and perfect condition. Everything is there and works perfectly including the AC, internet, and cable tv. And it came with a 4 door Chevy suv included in the rental! Room for 4 couples or a family with a separate guest house. We loved everything about this villa and will return. North Caicos is super quiet, but is very special if that’s what you’re looking for. Especially if you like fly fishing for bonefish.

Remote Paradise

The house and location were beautiful. A gorgeous respite from a crazy busy world. North Caicos is a location where the world has stopped. Islanders understand the concept of just being. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime to just slow down and breathe. Kadra, the homeowner, was very helpful and responsive. She scheduled the car service to and from the airport as well as the rental on island. It’s important to understand that North Caicos is a place to just relax and take in the beauty. It’s not busy or crowded at all. Food stores have what you need to get through your vacation and each restaurant offers a different take of island food. Kadra’s restaurant Cilantro was excellent! Service and food were top notch. Her new hotel Ocean Breeze is very pretty and an excellent addition to the island.

Excellent location for a peaceful holiday

Our family of 5 had a wonderful trip to North Caicos. The house was the perfect location, it was tucked away making our trip so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the back deck, kayaking during the day (we even had a surprise visitor - a dolphin who swam with us all day). The house was so clean, there were all of the supplies needed from beach towels to chairs, etc…. We love to cook and we found everything that we needed to make dinners at the house. The house was better than expected with each bedroom having their own bathroom made it so convenient. The pool was wonderful to relax next to and read when we weren’t exploring the island. The island is a hidden gem, we explored the caves, went to several beaches each one just as beautiful as the next. We brought our own snorkeling gear so we went snorkeling at 3 Marys Cay which was stunning. Kadra was an amazing host, she met us at the ferry, helped with our luggage and gave us so many recommendations. We had someone come to the house for massages and she helped us make arrangements for someone to come to the house for our COVID test within 24 hr of departure. Thank you Kadra for making our stay so wonderful, we’ll definitely be back.

Fabulously relaxing

5 of us came for a kids-free/spouse-free/work free girls trip. We needed something relaxing and quiet and we just cannot overstate how wonderful Kedra was or how amazing the house was. I did mistakenly not book the cottage but luckily Kedra was able to get us sorted out quickly. It is off the beaten path but you can say that about north Caicos in general. It is so quiet and you cannot believe the stars at night from the back deck. It is insanely relaxing, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen very well appointed. Absolutely bring bug spray with feet (sorry earth) bc the little bugs are killer (bring anti itch cream too for the inevitable). Kedra is amazing- her convenience store is def the best stocked on the island- we usually ate breakfast/lunch in the house, dinner out and drinks/games at the house. So great!!! It’s super breezy and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. The kayaks were great- we took them out on the bay. Kedra also hooked us up with rides to/from the airport to the ferry and then a van that could fit us all. So great!! Cannot recommend more.

Quiet and Peaceful and a short drive to many beaches

First off - Kadra is responsive, helpful, and kind. Any questions we had prior to traveling and anything we needed while we were there were quickly resolved. We had access to the guest house but did not utilize it, although we did peek in and it was clean and as described. There were plenty of towels for bathrooms and for the beach, The main house has a great view of Bottle Creek and the sunrise, and the dock is a great place to sit and relax. The kids played in the pool, took the kayaks out and around Bottle Creek, and generally just explored the area. We spent most days at the various beaches, and cooked all but a few meals at the house. Grabbing some good meat/produce on Provo prior to taking the ferry over is recommended, but you can pretty much make do with the grocery stores on the North Island if you're there during the "busy" season. The islands (North and Middle) are quiet and tranquil, and the beaches are often all your own. The house was clean and as described. One thing to note is that the house relies on a cistern for water, so we purchased many gallon jugs of water to use for drinking during the week. Just a consideration to keep in mind. We had a great time, and we would return in the future.

A great week in North Caicos!

The house was just what we needed on N Caicos. We used to kayaks to explore the mangroves (wear bug spray!) and my husband used them to fish for bonefish nearby. The kids enjoyed the pool after snorkeling - it was refreshing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Plenty of towels for our stay , both beach and bathing. We were almost always the only people on the beaches, which were beautiful. And don’t forget to check out the stars at night! We stopped to check out the flamingos. They move in and out of the marsh, so you may need to try a few times if see them. We saw hundreds of them, but they would have been harder to see without binoculars. As suggested in other posts, we went to the grocery store in Provo before getting on the ferry. The stores on N Caicos have limited supplies of fresh fruits/vegetables. We were able to buy drinks,alcohol, rice,chips, eggs and some frozen meat on N Caicos. We brought a small packable cooler and plastic bags to make this easier. There is a water store where you can refill your water jugs - highly recommend that to limit plastic waste! Kadra was very responsive to my questions before we got there, and during our stay. She was great! Thank you for a wonderful week - it was very relaxing!

Turquoise Hideaway

Kadra's home on Bottle Creek is JUST unreal. The pictures do not slighlty compare to what the property looks like in person. We spent Christmas 2018 here, snorkeling and kayaking off the dock, board games on the pool deck at night, exploring the roads less taken all day. Second to none was Kadra's willingness to always be accomodating and available no matter what the circumstance. We had a baby with a fever the first couple days and she and other locals helped to keep us worry free and enjoying our stay. She has contacts for everything/anytime.She and Darville are def the people to know! We even had a last minute fishing/snorkeling trip on Christmas Day after a snafu that was out of their control the day before! (shout out to Jaran and John)... Everyone was so kind and caring...This is a small island with a HUGE HEART! Taking aqua socks/water shoes is a must bc the pool deck is a bit slippery...Mosquito spray is a must but as long as you apply in morning and dusk, you're good to go...Turquoise has every kitchen gatchet you could need, super comfy beds, even baby accutrements...Give the lesser known islands of TCI a chance and get off the touristy path! The beauty of North and Middle is impossible to explain until you see it in person and this home is the place to make homebase. It's central to all activities and you'll never want to leave!

Private House With a Great View

Large three bedroom three bath with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space made it easy for our group of seven to enjoy. Kadra, the host, was excellent and very helpful...meeting us at the ferry landing and escorting us to the house. Only issue with the house we encountered was the tap water, which must be well water as it was very salty...not drinkable or good for use with cooking...but there are stores nearby with plenty of bottled water.

Adventurous Girls Getaway

This property was beautiful and perfect for our girls trip. We did not realize the amount of driving that would be in involved but it allowed us to see T&C like we never would have if we had stayed at a resort. This has been my favorite vacation to date. I will be back!

Communication was poor; the only way onto the Island was by ferry which was not disclosed before I booked. I tried to modify the reservation (because we didn’t land in time to catch the ferry, the owner worked with us but I ultimately overpaid for 3 nights). We could of stayed at the Ritz for cheaper. There was only one location on the island and one time slot to get covid testing within a two day time period. This is not a luxury location.

Wonderful Two Week Stay

My family of four loved this property! The house was well appointed with anything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. There were lots of beach towels and beach chairs to take to the beach. We loved kayaking across the creek to try fishing in the mangroves. We also fished off the dock catching ourselves a few dinners of delicious mangrove snappers. The internet was excellent which was great since one of our sons had to attend some online school classes. You'll never get sick of looking out at the turquoise color of Bottle Creek. We had a wonderful stay!
