It is a short walk to the beach and all amenities as well as offering great outdoor spaces with north and south decks. With a full tub and shower bathroom, bed and bath linens and a kitchen with all the tools and appliances, all you need to bring is food and drinks.

Our lawn maintenance guy comes on Wednesday so please remove any belongings from the lawn so that he can cut it.

We spent our youth in the Boundary Country and were fortunate to find our own place in 2002. With a few more years of working in Aberta, we return at least every May and October to open and close, invariably with a big family get together enjoyed at the Lake.
Why they chose this property
This is our summer home and we love to share it with others that appreciate easy living in a part of the country that has so much "unpublished" beauty and abounds with adventure opportunities.
Though we share similar weather, It's not the Okanagan. It's near the Kootenays but uniquely "The Boundary Country" in a relatively unknown mix of both.

What makes this property unique
We have family in the Sunshine Valley and the kids and grandkids come west when they can. It has been and remains a central gathering place for all and both our families. We love the weather, the pace of life and how many outdoor activities are available.
