Enjoy both the ocean and this holiday home just 100 meters from the beach.
The holiday home is situated in the cozy and small harbor town of Spodsbjerg. Spodsbjerg is known for good child-friendly beaches and very nice angling in beautiful nature.

Feiehuset has an area of ​​73 m² and was built in 1984. It is furnished with 3 bedrooms and suitable for 6 people. In the living room there is a modern wood-burning stove with glass windows.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, stove with 4 hotplates and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The holiday home contains 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Freezer compartments are available in their own room and there is an outdoor fishing area.

The holiday home has two terraces. The main terrace is east facing the water and is 48 m², of which 12 m² are covered. The other terrace faces south with its 15 m². The grounds are 1200 m². Parking is possible on site. The nearest supermarket is 1400 meters away.

The house has WIFI, television with Danish and German channels as well as radio / music player.

The holiday home is 1850 meters from Spodsbjerg's beautiful marina, 3.2 km from Put and Take lake, 8.5 km from Rudkøbing and 20 km from Langeland Golf.

At the marina you can rent a boat, sail on a fishing trip or buy fresh fish in the adjacent little fishing port. Two ferries sail in a shuttle service between Spodsbjerg and Tårs, crossing the international sailor in the Langelands belt, where there is always everything from cruise ships to large cargo ships. Langeland offers child-friendly beaches with blue bathing waters, ready for the whole family's beach activities. The very beautiful scenery is famous for its beauty and invites you to long walks and bike rides. Take if necessary. on a cruise in one of the old wooden ships in the South Funen Island, the sailing trips last from 2-6 hours. Also visit the beautiful Valdemars castle on Tåsinge or head to Rudkøbing, a charming town with picturesque buildings, squares and small alleys with topped cobblestones. Here you will experience hospitality, just a few other places.

Angenehme und ruhige Lage

Tolle und ruhige Lage. Nur 150 m bis zum Strand. Die Beschreibung passt gut. Die Türen gehen ein bisschen schwer auf und zu, gewöhnt man sich aber schnell dran. Langeland ist eine sehr schöne Insel, besonders der südliche Teil hat uns gut gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Super ruhige Lage und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten uns entspannen. Wir immer war der Urlaub leider zu kurz. Für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden ist es sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ruhe über die Feiertage genossen

Für uns, als kleine Familie mit Dackel war der Aufenthalt und die Gemütlichkeit im Haus und in der Umgebung sehr schön. Leider haben wir gehofft, leckere Waffeln und Softeis in der Nähe zu finden, aber über den Jahreswechsel und in der Nebensaison, hatten wir leider Pech, und erst in Svendborg Softeis bekommen ;-) Herzliche Grüße aus Hannover

Gemütliches Haus

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Inzwischen wurden ein paar Möbel ausgetauscht. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Auch für die Hunde war es ein Paradies mit der Nähe zum Strand. Und die Ruhe - traumhaft, der Kamin behaglich und im Prinzip alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns perfekt erholt.

Top Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, wenige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind zutreffend und versprechen nicht zu viel. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nur mailbasierend, aber stets nett und die Antworten kamen schnell.

Tolles Haus

Das Preisleistungsniveau stimmt bei diesem Objekt. Grundsätzlich war alles bestens, nur in einem Schlafzimmer befanden sich viele Kleidermotten, so dass die gesamte persönliche Wäsche zu Hause zunächst heiß gewaschen werden musste. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug.

Einfach wundervoll!

Wir waren eine Woche zu fünft in dem schönen Haus. Es gibt alles was man braucht (bis auf einen Fön). Das Haus, die Terrassen und das Grundstück mit kleiner Feuerstelle und viel Platz sind einfach nur schön. Wir hatten sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter (Oktober) und haben auch viel Zeit an dem schönen Strand verbracht. Die Insel hat einige nette Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöner Familien Badeurlaub

Das Haus war sehr Aufgeräumt und Sauber. Ein großes plus für die Buchung an Jedem Tag, nicht nur von Samstag zu Samstag. Es Fehlte nicht an Austattung, jedoch wären Polster für die Stühle ob Innen oder Außen schon klasse gewesen. Das Grundstück war schön groß und in Optimaler Nähe zum Strand ( 3 Gehminuten). Der Strand war einer der saubereren von Dänemark. Algen waren hie weniger als wo anders ( z.B. Hoell). Der Bereich mit flachem Wasser ist enorm. Und enorm ist noch untertrieben. Ich konnte 600 Schritte ins Wasser machen bevor es tiefer als 80cm wurde. Meistens sind es nur 30 bis 40 cm. Ich würde 300m² nennen die absolut Kinderfreundlich sind. DFür ist der Schwimmerbereich natürlich klein, und man muß schon suchen. Im Hafen findet man einen sehr gepflegten Spielplatz. Dieser ist aber 1,5 KM weg von Haus. Das Führt zu meiner einzigen Kritik. Am Haus fehlt ein Sandkasten und eine Schaukel für die Kinder. Aber es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Buchen...

Heel fijn verblijf!

We hebben met ons gezin (kinderen van 4, 2 en 0) twee hele fijne weken gehad in dit huisje! De twee veranda's en de ruimte om het huisje waren heerlijk. Ook in het huisje alles aanwezig voor een heel prettig verblijf! Hartelijke groet, Sander en Dionne

Super Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

voll eingerichteter Bungalow mit viel Platz und Komfort. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, von der Terrasse aus auch zu sehen. Der Hafen und Supermarkt befinden sich ebenfalls in näherer Umgebung. Gerne wieder!!!
