The interior features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. The ground floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower, and jacuzzi bathtub, overlooking the garden, as well as an additional double bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms (double and twin) sharing a bathroom.
The living area opens onto a large terrace with outdoor kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining. A private sauna and a separate entertainment space with billiards and table football make this villa especially attractive for families and groups.
Local wine, fresh vegetables, and olive oil can be ordered from the neighboring house, offering a true taste of local Istrian life.
