We absolutely love Bear Lake and enjoy spending many days in the summer boating and being with our friends and family. During the winter months we enjoy snowmobiling and skiing the deep snow that surrounds Garden city. We love Bear Lake so much we decided to purchase a home there ourselves that our family, friends and your families could enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We picked this property because we both have big families and wanted a place that would fit both families at once. It is within walking distance to the beach. It is also close to all the excitement and restaurants that Bear lake has to offer during the summer.

What makes this property unique

New home that is big enough to fit everyone's friends and family and yet close enough to the water and restaurants. Feel like you are close enough to town yet far enough away that no one will bother you.
