This place was great all the way around. Access to the buikding, pool, beach & overflow parking was very easy. The condo was clean and well kept. The management company was very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for check in/check out. I will stay here again when we come back.

Family vacation

Top Notch Condo

From the furnishings to the fixtures, this is not your average beach condo. Extremely comfortable. Very much a big step up from the usual beach condos I have stayed in. Really perfect for Adults, and the view from the 18th floor is magnificent.

We really enjoyed staying here. The view from this condo is fantastic. You're able to see the Gulf, Beach, and the intercoastal from this balcony. The property owner has done a really nice job with decorating as well. Last but not least, the location of the Palacio is nice. It's close to some good restaurants as well as Publix. We didn't even go to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores for dinner.

Retirement Get Away

Very relaxing, clean, great check-in, and roomy. Thought we would be skeptic on the 18th floor but the views were beautiful! The grounds, building, pools etc were very clean. Beds were very comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you need. We will be back great location. I can’t say enough about this place! Only thing that needs attention is update shower heads and a full length mirror.

Wonderful place for family

We came down for a short weekend long trip and this was our first tine staying in a condo rather than a beach house. It was way more convenient especially with children. The pool is great, the beach is a private beach and not too over crowded. The property is very well cared for and the condo itself was awesome! Amazing views from the 18th floor! They even have some family friendly games stocked in the curio. Overall very impressed and we will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. We came to spend time with our son who is in flight school with the Navy. We felt very blessed to be able to stay here and be able to have him over to enjoy the beach and play games together and also have multiple dining establishments conveniently located directly access the street. Could not have been better. We had a minor issue with the smoke alarm starting to chirp at 5:30pm on our first day. lol. We called the management company - and while it was after hours, they got someone to our condo to replace all the batteries Lucky for us, the maintenance person was across the street. We were thankful because we did not want to listen to that all night.ha! Two thumbs up for the maintenance team!!

Perfect family getaway

The condo was exactly as described. The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean but is also angled a bit to give a wonderful view of the bay and gorgeous sunsets. We didn’t use the included beach service chairs as there were only a couple available on the 3rd row. However we were able to set up our own chairs and umbrella and it was perfect. There are two elevators so not much of a wait unless it was right around checkout or check in times. There is a flashing light cross walk just outside the property that allows you to safely walk across the street to some restaurants and shops, and the overflow parking if needed. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation for my family of 4 and we will definitely be back!

Better than expected!

Beautiful 18th floor condo with oceanfront views. I was a little nervous about being up so high but I go over it quickly. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night and got some of the best sleep we’ve ever had. The beach access was a plus and two beach chairs came with the rental. Upon arrival, we noticed that the string for the drapes was broken and a couple of hours later, someone from maintenance came to fix it. The books and games were a nice added touch since the TVs are not smart TVs so we were unable to watch Netflix/Hulu when it rained one day. Overall a beautiful place- would definitely recommend it to others!

Working Getaway

We stayed for 4 nights. We worked in AM and played in the afternoon. This location was perfect!!!! We had great views from the balcony - seeing string rays, sharks, dolphins! Their is a pair of binoculars in then condo that was a great touch! The furniture was super comfortable and cozy. The master bedroom bed was fantastic! The condo was roomy and decorated beautiful. But had a homey feel the moment we walked in. Some places skimp on deco and comfort - Not here! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare breakfast and lunches (we are out dinners) The only complaint I really have is there could be more hooks to hang towels/swim suits. But we made due. Also for beach service it was nice to have it included. But be sure you go down on day 1 and make your reservations for your stay - get in their list so you have a saved chair.

Beautiful property

This property was honestly beautiful. The only issues I had were things they couldn't control such as the ultra bright pool light and other people smoking on their balconies. Palacio does not enforce the rules, but this property was very nice to stay at. I would have liked smarter tvs to watch Netflix on for the rainy nights.

Beautiful vistas!

Wonderful being right on the beach with such lovely views. For you sun lovers the balcony has fantastic sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and lots of seating, including the balcony. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as prior VRBO experiences, but we realize this maybe due to Covid. Found no spices or coffee filters as we are used to. Would stay here again.

EASIEST BOOKING EVER

This was the easiest booking process I have ever done. I am actually a local (originally from Pensacola) and we visit 4-5 times a year to spend time with family. The condo was exactly as promised. Very roomy and homey feeling. The views were the best I have ever seen. I will definitely stay here again.
