My house in the hills 10 minutes from the sea

"Ancient buildings built on a high hill, an interweaving of narrow streets and stairways, several characteristic squares, an enchanting panorama, unique, the fresh air, fresh, this is Colonnella."
The completely renovated house opens its doors to guests. Couples and families are welcome.
The entrance is independent and leads to the first floor where there is a laundry room.
On the second floor you will find the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with hydromassage shower.
On the third floor you will discover the living area with a large kitchen, living room, bathroom and a terrace with a wonderful view that allows you to admire from the port of San Benedetto del Tronto up to Giulianova and beyond, the valley of Tronto with hills where you can see the villages of Monteprandone, Acquaviva Picena and Ripatransone and to the south until you discover Mount Maiella.
The house also has a convenient parking in front of the entrance.
It will be my responsibility to deliver and collect the keys.

Fantastic stay in a great location

Franca is a wonderful host who explained everything that we needed to know. Her house was clean, well organised and had everything that you could possibly need. Highly recommend to any visitors to Northern Abruzzo.

Perfect holiday

We had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks in the beautiful Abruzzo with Fransa's fantastic apartment as a base. The apartment is situated in a beautiful historic building with a modern interior, very spacious and and airy. An absolute highlight is a magnificent view from the terrace to the sea with a typical Abruzzo landscape as foreground. Colonnella is a small town that rests in itself, not very touristy, with quiet, comfortable atmosphere, a few restaurants where an Osteria il Cole is very best. Our host, Franca was very attentive to our needs, provided a completely hassle-free stay for us in a very sympathetic way. Summa summarum we would highly recommend the place.

Auch wir waren zum 2.mal Gäste in Franca‘s wunderbaren Haus.Und wie erhofft hatten wir eine tolle Zeit im Haus. Franca ist eine so nette, hilfsbereite und freundliche Frau. Wir haben Sie ins Herz geschlossen.Wie schon bei unserem 1. Aufenthalt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu Perfekt.Die Lage des Hauses, etwas entfernt zu den Küstenorten, bietet uns die nötige Ruhe die Dachterrasse in vollen Zügen zu genießen.Ob morgens beim Frühstück oder abends beim Abendessen. Herrlich !!Ob man die Bergwelt der Abruzzen bestaunen möchte oder einfach am Strand das Meer genießen will, alles ist hier machbar.Franca sorgt mit ihrem fantastischen Haus für das Sahnehäubchen in unserem Urlaub.Vielen Dank Franca für die schönen Stunden.

2 wunderschöne Wochen in Colonnella

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2.mal in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Colonnella. Unsere Gastgeberin Franca sorgt für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Auch der gemütliche Ort und die urige Altstadt laden zum verweilen ein. Hier fühlt man sich wohl, deswegen waren wir jetzt schon 2x hier. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Hervorragend und beide Daumen hoch

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft, mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Ein Stellplatz für ein Auto ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. Franca ist eine liebenswerte, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, Wir haben einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub in Italien verbracht, bei der unsere Unterkunft einen wesentlichen Anteil hatte. Wir werden gerne noch einmal dieses Haus für einen weiteren Italienaufenthalt buchen. Grazie Franca e in bocca al lupo.

Super Unterkunft

Bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber, ein eigenes Haus mit viel Platz mitten im Zentrum von Colonnella. Parken vor dem Haus ist möglich, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von ca. 5 km. Herrlicher Blick auf das Meer und die umgebende Landschaft. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schön renovierter historischer Altbau mitten im Borgo mit herrlichem Blick über die Buchten von San Benedetto und Alba Adriatica. Wir haben das großzügige Raumangebot, die sehr gute Ausstattung des Ferienhauses und die Nähe zum Meer (ca. 6 km) sehr genossen. Wir haben Franca als sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin kennengelernt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit garantiertem Urlaubsfeeling

Das Haus liegt am Rande der historischen Altstadt von Colonnella, fußläufig sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs zu erreichen. Der Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse ist ein unbeschreibliches Highlight, man kann sich gar nicht sattsehen. Das Haus bzw. Wohnung über mehrere Etagen ist absolut top ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Franca, die Vermieterin, ist absolut darauf bedacht dass es den Gästen an nichts mangelt. Hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und haben einen unvergesslichen Italienurlaub dank Franca erleben dürfen. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, Parkplätze gibt es hier auch genügend. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Haus liegt mitten in Colonnella, bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reise und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Es gibt wirklich keinen Kritikpunkt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Franca!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mehr Italien kann man nicht haben

Mitten drin, mehr italienischen Flair kann man nicht haben. Das Haus von Franca ist einladent, die Terrasse ruft zum Erholen und die schöne Aussicht zu genießen. Morgens scheint die Sonne in die Küche, "von der Sonne wach geküsst" perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.La terrazza con una splendida Vista! Bella casa, molto invitante. Grazie Franca, la vacanza è stata fantástica. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal! Non vediamo l'ora che arrivi la prossima volta. Bacio!

Un'oasi di tranquillità ad un passo dalla costa

La proprietà è in posizione assolutamente privilegiata per chi volesse godere del mare senza dover fare i conti tutto il giorno con il caos del traffico e problemi annessi. Inserita in un borgo tranquillo di collina con clima gradevole specie di sera e di notte, è sviluppata su più piani e ha spazi e servizi ampi e godibilissimi, è attrezzata con cura e ottimo gusto, massima pulizia, vista mare top ed un parcheggio riservato di ineguagliabile comodità (letteralmente a due passi, ovvero fuori dal portoncino di casa).

Soggiorno da sogno

La casa di Colonnella è posta nella parte più antica e suggestiva del paese con una vista panoramica sulle colline e sul mare. Casa confortevole con tutte le comodità. Molto ben curata e attrezzata. Se non vi spaventa qualche rampa di scale l'abitazione vi offre ampi spazi, anche all'aperto e si trova a dieci minuti dalle spiagge di Martinsicuro. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile ed attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. La consigliamo vivamente.

Semplicemente perfetto.

Se non vi spaventano le scale non c'è un solo difetto che potrete trovare. L'ambiente è super confortevole, le camere bellissime per non parlare dei bagni. Ma il pezzo forte è il terzo piano con cucina e balcone vista mare. Che dire di più?! La sig.ra Franca è sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Torneremo a trovarla.

Super Urlaub!

Wir durften eine Woche im Sommer in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Das Ferienhaus ist ziemlich groß. Es gibt eine Etage, auf der sich die Waschküche befindet, eine wo die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind und eine, auf der sich eine Küche, das Wohnzimmer und eine Art Dachterasse befindet. Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Adria und auf San Benedetto del Tronto. Was auch sehr vorteilhaft ist, ist dass man einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus hat. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, den wir haben durften. English (translator): We were allowed to spend a week in the summer in this beautiful holiday home. The house is quite big. There is one floor where the laundry room is located, one where the bedrooms and bathrooms are and one with a kitchen, the living room and a roof terrace. It has a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and San Benedetto del Tronto. What is also very advantageous, is that you have a parking lot at the house. The landlady was very nice and friendly. Thank you for the nice stay, we were allowed. Italian (translator): Ci è stato permesso di trascorrere una settimana in estate in questa bellissima casa per le vacanze. La casa è abbastanza grande. C'è un piano dove si trova la lavanderia, uno dove si trovano le camere da letto e i bagni e uno che ha una cucina, un soggiorno e una terrazza sul tetto. Ha una magnifica vista sul mare Adriatico e su San Benedetto del Tronto. Ciò che è anche molto vantaggioso è che hai un parcheggio a casa. La padrona di casa era molto gentile e amichevole. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno, ci è stato permesso.
