Detached house with sea view, garden and pergola, near Collioure

On the heights of Port-Vendres, small charming house with sea view, a rocky flower garden, patio area and pergola. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, there is a private entrance with a gate, the possibility of parking 1 large car (see 2 city cars) inside the property. Very pleasant to live in, the house is made up of 5 rooms in total, a small utility room with a sink and washing machine, the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink in the same room, a bedroom with 2 single beds (but possibility to make one in 180) and a large closet. Then the living room, equipped with a sofa bed, a TV and a cupboard, then the kitchen which includes 1 large fridge, a microwave, an electric oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker. .. All equipment is new. The pergola patio has a brick barbecue.
The house is located on the heights of Port-Vendres, less than a kilometer from the Oli beach and the shops in the city center. About 10min on foot. The area is very calm and peaceful.
A deposit of 250 € is required, as well as a deposit for cleaning of 100 €.
Linen rental with cleaning included is possible.

Schönes Haus, Küche hat alles , was man benötigt , viel Geschirr, Töpfe , Toaster usw. Vollkommen ausreichend. Die Räume waren sauber , aber anhand des Alters der Wohnung-Haus etwas muffig und sehr heiß. Dafür waren aber ausreichend Ventilatoren vor Ort. Kleines Badezimmer aber ok. Die Terasse und der Gasgrill haben super funktioniert. Schöne Aussicht in den Hafen.Wir kommen gerne wieder

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la maison de Martin. La vue et l'emplacement est top. La maison est petite mais nous vivons la majorité du temps dehors, ns avons l'habitude des petits gîtes ! La déco est soignée. Mais ... La propreté est à revoir, le gros du ménage est fait mais les étagères sont sales, le dessus du frigo et du micro onde aussi. L'entretien des extérieurs n'est pas réalisé, c'est très dommage...

Alles war dreckig und kaputt

Zuerst das positive: Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Leider gibt es nichts weiter positives zu berichten. Jetzt das Negative: Im Garten lagen Müllsäcke in den Büschen so gut wie alle Gartenmöbel (Sonnenliegen und Stühle) waren defekt. Blutflecken auf Sonnenliege. Es lag Gerümpel überall herum. Es gab so gut wie nichts, was nicht defekt war. Der Vermieter nennt das Wildstyle. Im Haus waren die Schränke mit allmöglichem Zeug voll so das man nicht mal seine Tasche hätte auspacken können. Dusche hatte viel Schimmel und der Spiegelschrank war defekt (Schnittgefahr). Sofa und Stühle im Wohnzimmer dreckig. Wände im ganzen haus dreckig. Die Liste der Mängel ist unendlich lang und ich könnte noch ewig weiterschreiben. Als wir das alles beim Vermieter alles reklamiert hatten, sagte dieser uns er sehe das Problem nicht und wenn wir eine bessere Unterkunft wöllten, hätten wir mehr Geld ausgeben müssen. Uns war bewusst das es nur einfaches Haus ist, aber Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind keine Frage des Preise. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem aktuellen Zustand. Nach langem hin und her gab es keine gute Einigung (der Vermieter wollte weder den Garten aufräumen noch die kaputten Gartenmöbel ersetzen "Putzfrau Marie" hätte nochmal den Schrank aufgeräumt sonst nichts) und wir sind nach einem Tag wieder abgereist. Zu guter Letzt hat uns der Vermieter noch die Reinigungsgebühr von der Rückerstattung für das schon vorher total versiffte Haus abgezogen.

Petit problème de fonctionnement concernant la télé mais hôte très réactif pour solutionner ce problème ! Location inadaptée pour personnes d'un certain âge, a savoir plusieurs marches pour accéder au logement a l'extérieur comme a l'intérieur... Logement un peu vétuste. Emplacement très calme et très bien situé, en hauteur ce qui permet d'avoir une belle vue, proche du centre ville et des commerces. Hôte très sympathique et aux petits soins pour ses locataires...

Fantastisk udsigt, men manglende udstyr og service

Virkelig flot udsigt fra toilet, terasse og tagterrasse. To store teenagere måtte dele sovesofa i stuen, da der kun var ét soveværelse. Veludstyret køkken, lettere moderniseret køkken, men trangt badeværelse, hvor døren skulle stå åben, for at kunne stå ved håndvasken. Generelt gammelt hus og indretning. Ingen ophæng til håndbruser. Da vi ankom manglede der sengelinned og håndklæder til 2 personer. Værten ringede først tilbage efter 1 time, og mente vi tog fejl. Han var insisterende og næsvis. Han kunne først hjælpe os næste morgen, hvor rengøringsdamen, der kun kunne fransk himlede op og var uforskammet, men skaffede sengelinned og håndklæder. Først to dage senere ringede værten og undskyldte.

Maison tres agreable et confortable a 10mn a pied de la mer

La maison a bcp de charme avec son toit terrasse avec une vue magnifique, l'endroit est tres calme, plein de chants d'oiseaux, a 10 mn a pied d'une crique pour nager, 5 mn a pied du port, et 5mn a pied du bus qui vous emmène a Collioure, Argeles ou Cerbere ( ou Perpignan) on peut faire le sentier cotier a pied, nager dans les criques et revenir en bus....c'est génial ! Le propriétaire est tres sympa...une tres bonne adresse ! 🙄

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison au calme, très bien équipée et idéalement située. Le jardin avec vue imprenable sur le port et la mer est charmant. Un seul regret : les fruits du magnifique figuier n'étaient pas encore mûres ! Merci à Martin et à Marie pour leur disponibilité.
