Wonderful place to relax close to Venice

We had a wonderful week in this appartment. Guerrino and Antonella were very nice and helpful, and the appartment and pool had really everything what we needed to relax. Just 10 minutes away from Chioggia old town with very good bars and restaurants. Especially the cleanliness of the appartment and the whole area incl pool was more than perfect. Perfect place for small kids, as the whole area is fenced.

Many many thanks for a lovely week! We definitly come back! The house is so nice, the appartment was perfectly clean, with all facilitues needed. The pool is super nice! The location is perfect for all kinds of trips in the region or just having a lazy day at the pool. Good restaurants, bakeries and groceries. We enjoyed it alot!

Die Ferienwohnung befand sich in einem sehr ruhigen, gepflegten und wunderschön angelegten Anwesen – ein echtes „Paradies im Nirgendwo“. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und für uns einfach perfekt! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit dem Haus und vor allem mit den Besitzern. Wir hatten von der ersten Sekunde an das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und verfügt über eine gehobene sehr gute Ausstattung. Unsere Kinder und auch wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Traumunterkunft in der Nähe von Chioggia

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen , das von den Eigentümers mit viel Liebe gepflegt wird. Die Ausstattung unseres Apartments war geschmackvoll und modern (wie alle Apartments). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist super sauber.Hervorragende Matratzen und vier verschiedene Kissen zur Auswahl sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Jede Etage hat ihren eigenen Router was für jeden der auch im Urlaub arbeitet stabiles Internet gewährleistet. Die Eigentümer Guerrino und Antonella sind sehr herzlich und stehen wenn gewünscht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es ihr empfehlen Roses House in San Pietro do Cavarzere gern weiter weil wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der liebevoll restaurierten Landhausvilla The Roses House im Appartement Violet verbracht. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Im Appartment war alles was man benötigt vorhanden, super sauber war es auch. Küche und Bad modern und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Es war der zweite Aufenthalt bei diesem Gastgeber und wird sicherlich nicht der letzte sein . Das erste mal war an einer anderen Ferienwohnung, diese hat uns genau so gut gefallen und die Lage bei Chioggia war für Ausflüge fast noch praktischer. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Violet. Es war liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Wer im Urlaub Ruhe sucht, ist in diesem Haus genau richtig. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist gepflegt angelegt. Eigener Parkplatz für Auto und auch Abstellplatz für Fahrräder vorhanden.Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen, in dieser Woche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unser Aufenthalt in The Roses House war sehr schön. Die Anlage ist klein und in einem top Zustand. Unsere Einheit war sehr gut ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Gleiches gilt für den Garten und den Poolbereich. Guerrino ist ein sehr bemühter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Traumhaftes Objekt in Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Objekt verbracht. Alles war genau so, wie erwartet. Es fehlte an nichts. Deutsches Fernsehprogramm war ob der vielen anderen Betätigungsmöglichkeiten gar nicht erforderlich. Die Größe des Appartements reichte völlig und die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren bequem. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen sympathisch, hilfsbereit und professionell. Ein Ort, den man gern wieder besucht oder zumindest weiterempfiehlt.
