SantAgata di Militello (ME), in the splendid setting of the marina, we rent a lovely apartment for the summer holidays for those who want a house a few steps from the sea. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Composition: living room entrance with open kitchen complete with appliances and dishwasher, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, closet, independent entrance, sea view veranda, private greenery. Fully furnished. Excellent for spending your summer holidays in peace. Weekly rentals. The price includes the costs of water and 5 Kw of electricity per day; for all the details and for personalized quotes, do not hesitate to contact me. I do not supply linen and detergents. Energy class C. Comfortable property in bar, restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket; connections with Messina, Palermo, Cefalù, Aeolian islands etc.
