New elegantly furnished villa just 200 meters from the sea. The property has 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom. A living area with sofa and armchairs and a kitchen equipped with all comforts. Outside there is a large veranda with kitchen and barbecue area, table and chairs and a sofa with armchairs to relax. The swimming pool has a hydromassage, parasols and sun loungers. Parking for two cars also available.
