The house has been renovated within a few years and appears bright and friendly and in excellent condition both inside and out. Outdoors with wooden terrace all around the house.

There is about 4 km to Marielyst center with several good shopping and many different shops, resturent. Marielyst town offers several good restaurants for all tastes and many activities for young and old. go-cart, golf and more. Child-friendly beach is only a few minutes walk from the house.
Small shop with morningbread only few minutes walk away.

Functional kitchen with direct exit to the wooden terrace, very nice living room with sofa and good dining area, good wood burning stove, direct exit from the living room to the big terrace facing south / west where the sun can be enjoyed all day. There are 2 bedrooms in the house containing 1x140cm double bed and 1x140cm double bed, there is a brand new annex with a bedroom including a 1x160cm double bed and direct exit to the wooden terrace.

Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Lovely garden, with trees and bushes against the neighbors.
