Perfect Crystal Beach Vaca!

This property was just as described, kitchen nicely stocked, very clean throughout and beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It is located perfectly along the beach for close proximity to restaurants and stores, but just far enough away for quaint privacy for your shoreline. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful view

Great ocean front beach house. House was advertised. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Easy access steps away to the beach. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation.

Perfect for our needs

Great place - our second time to stay here. Perfect size for our family of 4. Love how close it is to the beach and away from more populated areas. Lift is an amazing amenity. Kitchen well stocked.

Great Home for the perfect family vacay!

Cute home right on beach! Very well stocked with all necessities. The bunk room being located in the Master bedroom closet was a little awkward with teens and beds were uncomfortable. But, these few things would definitely not stop us from stayong again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in 2 Miami. We loved the master bedroom, bathroom and huge closet. The kitchen was well equipped and the lift was extremely helpful. We spent a great amount of time on the patio watching the waves. We loved being right on the beach where we could easily walk back and forth to the house.

Beautiful view & great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great vacation this summer at the 2 Miami. It's a charming home with character. The lift was a convenient perk and I loved the side covered porch. The outside needs some paint and love but the recent hurricane probably contributed to the wear and tear. We weren't able to use the outdoor shower, it was torn apart but we made do! My husband was very fond of the charcoal grill, he said it was handmade. We never even went out to eat! We had a blast and made some great memories!

Just far enough from the major beach areas, but close enough to get to shopping and restaurants. Easy beach access and the views are fantastic. The home is well maintained, very clean and has all the things you need. Our only downside was the main bedroom bed was too soft. Well worth the price. We also love the friendly and helpful people at Cobb Real Estate!

We loved the easy access to the beach and that the location was not crowded. We will definitely rent this house again. We have used Cobb Real Estate for our Crystal Beach rentals for years. They are professional, friendly, and respond quickly to any issues we have ever had with any rentals.

Excellent Support from Cobb Real Estate

We were due to arrive the day after Hurricane Beryl. After a few days’ delay because the coast was without power, we finally began our journey. Cobb was flexible with our dates, accommodating a later checkout due to the late start. Other challenges were thrown their way, such as the air conditioning breaking before our arrival, and then the power in the neighborhood going out again. Their solution, just before our arrival, was to upgrade us to a larger house with operable electrical and air conditioning. We had a great time and really appreciated them going above and beyond to ensure we were still able to enjoy the 6-night stay that we’d planned.

Awesome Week At 2 Miami

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great condition and having the lift for beach gear was an awesome addition. Since it's dog friendly we were able to bring our dogs with us and they had so much fun vacationing with us. Plenty of cookware and the grill was very clean and usable. The fire pit also came in very handy for those romantic nights. The house did have two issues that should be considered. I worked during the day and the Wifi seemed to be very slow. Also, a patio cover would be a great addition because most days were too windy for the umbrella. Other than that, it was an outstanding stay and we'll be back for sure. The owners should be very proud of this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at MIAMI 2! What a beautiful cabin. It was perfect for us! We loved the quiet beachfront area. It was nice to not be in the middle of the Crystal Beach crowds. We loved the beachfront view and being able to walk right out onto the beach. The cabin was super well equipped too! We’ll definitely be back. I do question the owner’s choice to have a large bowl of broken asbestos siding on the fireplace as decoration. Asbestos is a known hazard. Maybe consider putting it in one of those large (closed) glass jars instead.
