Old house completely renovated, about 80 m², on the marina in 2 levels for 5 people. 2 terraces allowing to have lunch outside. Hedge-gate insulating the outside. East exposure facing the port.
Proximity beach and coastal path in a nature reserve allowing walks in a fully protected environment.


3 rooms: 1 room with 2 individual beds on the ground floor - 1 room with kitchenette, dining area and 1 individual bed also on the ground floor - bathroom on the ground floor. Terrace on the ground floor about 10 m². Upstairs a large room with living room and sleeping area for 2 people.

La maison donne sur le port. La vue de la très spacieuse chambre à l'étage est superbe ! L'endroit est proche des restaurants et donc assez bruyant. Albert nous a très bien accueilli. Nous reviendrons volontier.

Le logement est situé idéalement sur le port de Macinaggio entre deux terrasses de restaurant et à deux pas des commerces. Bien équipé et fonctionnel.

Vraiment atypique !

Maison vraiment atypique nous avons eu du mal à s'y faire au début.... Nous avons passé le premier après-midi à faire le ménage et à nettoyer la cafetière frigo et autres qui n'avait pas été fait par les précédent locataire. Les lits sont simples mets on arrive quand même à dormir et la télé ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu une télé comme ça ! L'escalier de l'étage qui est en bois grince énormément. Mais malgré tout ça le propriétaire est très gentil et la maison est quand même idéalement situé pour le prix. Vous vous réveillez lever de soleil sur le port le sentier des douaniers et à 600 mètres avec la plage. Bref c'est vraiment sommaire mais on s'habitue 😉

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue imprenable sur le port depuis la terrasse de l’étage! Le logement est situé entre un restaurant et un snack glacier et est entouré de bars ce qui provoque des nuisances sonores... surtout gênant la nuit! Les literies sont peu confortables et nous avons eu très chaud car pas de climatisation ni ventilateurs. L’escalier est très bruyant car ancien et en bois donc craque beaucoup ! Le mobilier est sommaire mais la cuisine bien équipée et la salle de bain correcte. État de propreté général moyen. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire et le prix était très attractif pour l’emplacement !

spacieux et bien placé pour le hors saison

En saison, les restaurants proches doivent être animé ... ce n'était pas du tout le cas en mars. Et tant mieux ! Le gîte est vraiment spacieux. L'intérieur est quelque peu hétéroclite, surprenant, avec du mobilier en plastique, de vieux meubles en bois. Mais la cuisine est fonctionnelle et les toilettes-salle de bain sont très corrects pour qui ne recherche pas le grand confort. Pour moi qui voulait balader sur les sentiers du littoral et profiter d'une nature exceptionnelle, l'endroit est idéal.

Una vacanza splendida

Insieme al mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento, accogliente e provvisto veramente di tutto. Il proprietario Sig. Boulanger è una persona squisita, disponibile e gentile. Siamo rientrati solo ieri ma non vediamo l'ora di tornare a soggiornare in questo posto bellissimo! Grazie veramente per la meravigliosa ospitalità!!
