Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, low luminous with large furnished terrace. Located on the golf course, with swimming pool and paddle courts, social club, playground and central lake. It has parking space.
Less than 1 hour by car from the lighthouse airport and only one hour from Seville. It consists of bright living room with double sofa bed, kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and nespresso machine. Laundry terrace. A double room with bathroom en suite and second bedroom with 2 beds and bathroom adjacent. Park cradle available with your bed set. Furnished apartment with great level to make you feel at home and with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
The living room is connected to the terrace that has a lounge chair, table, chairs, swing.
The house has A / C cold heat. Located 5 mins or 20 mins walk from the beach. In front of the commercial center is the golf hacienda of islantilla.

El apartamento es fantástico. No hay sorpresas, es todo tal y como le ves en el anuncio. La terraza es maravillosa, el acceso al garaje y la parcela con trastero estupendo. A la cocina no le falta de nada. Sólo hay un problemilla con la puerta de la lavadora, que imagino que lo solucionarán para próximos inquilinos. La zona de la Antilla e Islantilla están muy bien con zonas de ocio innumerables locales de hostelería y lo más... una playa inmensa, interminable. Recomendable 100% Si llego a saber que está tan bien me hubiese tirado todo el mes de agosto allí.
