Villa Vene is a spacious and comfortable holiday home, ideal for families and groups who want room to relax and enjoy time together. The house offers generous indoor areas and a private outdoor courtyard, creating a practical and welcoming base for both active and relaxed holidays.

Mornings often start calmly with coffee in the sun, while children move freely between the garden and courtyard. Evenings are spent together around the outdoor fireplace, pizza oven or dining table, making the courtyard a natural gathering place.

Beautiful sandy beaches are within walking distance, along with playgrounds and sports fields. Football, basketball and beach volleyball are all nearby, and the area is also known for its popular frisbee golf course — a favorite with our own kids.

The location makes it easy to explore the South Coast of Norway. During the day, guests can visit UNDER, discover the coastline, hike in the Lindesnes area or enjoy activities on land and sea. In the evening, you return to a quiet, private base with good comfort and space.

Beautiful Place

We where there for one week and enjoyed our stay so much! It is the perfect place to enjoy nature and Norway. The house is missing nothing. Thanks to Bjarne and Trude who put their heart and soul into it!

Very nice and beautifull

Great house, we felt at home from the first second. The house is beautifull on the inside and outside. Very clean and has everything and more for a comfortable stay. You get the key by keybox, but owners are very friendly and helpfull for any questions. Its a small village,but you will find the shops you need. Although it is still low season and the sea is cold we find plenty of playgrounds, beaches, soccerfields and beautifull nature around the house for aswell our kids as ourselves. So really great place to stay!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wunderschönes Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und tollen Einrichtung. Alles da, was man braucht und sogar darüber hinaus. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und wir haben von der daneben liegenden Schule kaum etwas mitbekommen. Zudem sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der bei Fragen unverzüglich antwortet.

Wunderschöne Tage in Südnorwegen

Es waren traumhafte Tage in Norwegen. Nicht nur das Land ist umwerfend, v.a. auch die Menschen und dazu natürlich v.a. das tolle Haus von Bjarne und Trude. Man fühlt sich einfach vom ersten Moment an wohl und zuhause. Es mangelt an nichts und man kann sich einfach erholen. Wir waren als kleine Familie mit Hund mehr als glücklich und werden sicher wieder einmal kommen. Danke!

Eine schöne Woche

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Bei der Lage muss man erwähnen, dass das Grundstück direkt an einer Schule liegt. Also ist während den Pausen ein wenig Trubel hinter dem Zaun. Es sind einige größere Ortschaften in der Nähe und Wanderstecken gibt es auch schöne.

German version below / Deutsche Version weiter unten The house is just perfect. You immediately feel at home and you can tell that the owners do everything to make you feel comfortable. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is there. The beds are comfortable and you have a direct view of the water. In the garden you will find plenty of seating and sunbathing options and you can walk to the beach very quickly. The house is also in a good location for all kinds of activities. There is also a supermarket nearby. We can fully recommend the house. ---- Das Haus ist einfach perfekt. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und man merkt, dass die Besitzer alles dafür tun damit man sich wohlfühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem und man hat direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Im Garten findet man viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und zum Strand ist man ganz schnell gelaufen. Auch für allerlei Unternehmungen hat das Haus eine gute Lage. Auch ein Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Eine große Empfehlung !

Vermieter: Bjarne ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der uns sogar mit einem leckeren Präsent im Kühlschrank willkommen hieß. Er antwortete immer sehr zügig und freundlich auf unsere Fragen. Haus: Das Haus ist sehr schön und es findet sich alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Haus ist von einem schönen Garten komplett umschlossen, in dem es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Neben und hinter dem Haus befinden sich Terrassen, die teilweise uneinsehbar sind. Location: Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zum Erkunden des Umlandes, zum Einkaufen und auch zum Spazierengehen. Eine Tankstelle findet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kleiner Strand befindet sich 2 Minuten entfernt. Man frühstückt mit Blick auf die Bucht - einfach toll. An dieser Stelle vielen Dank an Bjarne für eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit.

Fantastisches Haus im Süden Norwegens direkt an der See

Alles war spitze. Das Haus mit seiner tollen Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man hat Blick auf das Wasser und kann in der Umgebung toll spazieren gehen. Hatten unseren Hund dabei. Es ist einfach ideal für Urlaub mit Hund dort. Unbedingt einen Ausflug zur Insel underoy machen. Da gibt es tolle Strände. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolles Haus

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Unterkunft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und war super gemütlich. Es war ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Gegend und Dank eines Buches das im Haus bereit lag haben wir sogar noch eine spannende Wanderung auf die Halbinsel entdeckt die wir vom Esszimmer aus sehen konnte. Wir waren gerade eine Woche hier und wir sind sehr begeistert! Nicht nur von der Lage, dem Haus und dem Garten, auch von der Freundlichkeit vom Vermieter Bjarne. Kurze Rückfragen wurden umgehend geklärt und Bjarne und seine Frau haben das Haus so liebevoll und gastfreundlich eingerichtet und wirklich an einfach alles gedacht. :-) Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben die Gemütlichkeit und Gastlichkeit sehr genossen! Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus ganz in Strandnähe. Hier fehlt tatsächlich mal gar nichts in der Küche, das ist besonders. Die Sitzplätze ums Haus sind überaus großzügig und gemütlich. Vom Esstisch aus sieht man auf die Nordsee. Eine steile Treppe führt ins Obergeschoss, das eine Zimmer ist total süß für Kinder, aber auch wir Erwachsenen haben dank der guten Matratzen schlafen können. Tolle Tage verbracht, herzlichen Dank!

We live in Stavanger, Norway. We have two lovely daughters. Bjarne works with mental healthcare and Trude is in the IT-business.

Why they chose this property

Bjarne’s parents bought this property in 1982 while they lived abroad in the Netherlands. One summer vacation in Spangereid made them fall in love with the area. Now living in Norway, Bjarne inherited the property in 2016 and has invested a lot of time and effort to renovate it. We love to share it with our guests from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

The property lies next to local Viking graves and is situated on a little top with nice ocean views. On a sunny day you an easily find a good spot for sunbathing or shadow if you prefer that. We love to take our morning coffee on the porch, just listening to the nature sound and feel the warmth of the morning sun in our faces.
The property is very central situated, close to grocery stores and leisure activities, but still very peaceful.
