Detached house on 3 half floors, the first floor is the living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and with access to the terrace. On the second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a double room and another room type suit. One of the bathrooms with the washing machine included. On the third floor there are 3 rooms. 1 double room with living room and 2 single rooms. Parking with two large car seats.

Large garden, ideal for barbecues and swimming pool with spectacular views of the sea and the maresme.

It is an ideal home for families, since it has everything necessary for children and adults to enjoy.

Perfect stay for family with baby

Quiet and calm. Perfect for us travelling with family and baby. Is an older house but has everything you need. The hosts were very present, friendly and helpful! To go to visit or to the beach you need a car but is everything 5-10 min. :)

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les très sympathiques propriétaires. La maison correspondait à la description. La piscine est fantastique, grande, au soleil toute la journée… la famille a pu largement en profiter ! Le jardin est très beau et la mer est visible dans beaucoup d’endroits de la maison. La maison est fonctionnelle et assez spacieuse. Les équipements sont bien. Seuls quelques ventilateurs supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et avons pu nous relaxer après de nombreuses visites dans le secteur ! Location à recommander ✨

Ideaal voor vakantie met jonge kinderen

Op een half uurtje van Barcelona ligt deze statige villa die we gehuurd hebben met 2 koppels, elk met een 2-jarige peuter. We zijn vroeger aangekomen dan voorzien maar de vriendelijke eigenaars hebben zich zo geschikt dat we vroeger konden inchecken. We hadden het huis voor 2 weken gehuurd en na 1 week zijn de eigenaars ook het zwembad komen kuisen. Ze waren steeds beschikbaar als er iets was. Het huis zelf is wat ouder maar heeft alles wat er in de advertentie staat. Mooie regio met zicht op zee. Op een bakker en een klein supermarktje na, moet je wel altijd de auto nemen want het strand (en de strandbars) zijn net te ver te voet. De zone met het zwembad is volledig omheind zodat de kinderen er niet naar toe kunnen als je er zelf niet bent. Het enige minpuntje is dat er (voorlopig?) maar 2 ligstoelen buiten liggen aan het zwembad en dat dit misschien wat weinig is voor een huis waar je met 2 gezinnen makkelijk in kan. Leuk huis als goede uitvalbasis om de Costa Brava en dan vooral Barcelona te ontdekken.
