Beautiful spacious chalet, 140 m2, panoramic view of the medieval village of Colmars les Alpes. Large plot, nice terrace to eat out in the summer, garage, swings, barbecue, ping-pong, table football ... etc. Family atmosphere, large living room with fireplace, library, TV, board games, 5 bedrooms, max capacity 11 adults plus 2 bunk beds for children under 10 years and a cot. Possibility of reducing the price and space depending on the number of occupants. Supermarket 200m.

The Vallée du Val d'Allos, or 'l'Espace Lumière', is known for offering, on the tourist plan, multiple activities in summer and winter.
SUMMER: Amusement park, altitude lake of Allos, sources of Verdon, hiking and riding, canyoning, tennis, swimming pool ... etc. and all mountain activities.
WINTER: ski resorts Seignus d'Allos 10mm, rather family resort and the station Foux d'Allos, more important that is connected by the ski area PraLoup station. Snow gardens, and childcare. Possibility of cross country skiing or snowshoeing.
