This cozy house is located on one of Sweden's most beautiful archipelagos 18th century. The old style is preserved with bright, comfortable furniture. Nice little porch under a roof with benches. From the house and the garden you have a nice lake view. Downstairs there is a large, lovely living room. People like to gather here in the evenings for pleasant moments. Adjacent is the nice one glazed outside porch with dining area and direct exit to the garden. Charming kitchen with good standard appliances, fresh shower with washing machine. Bedrooms are upstairs, one of which is smaller. Please note: Limited ceiling height throughout the house, approx. 1.82 m. The small path leads down to the sea about 300 m and to the municipal the bathing beach with sandy beach, large grassy areas and substantial piers. Perfect for sunny, warm lazy days. For golf enthusiasts is there a 9-hole course close by. Take the family to the picturesque town of Västervik, about 60 km away many summer events and annual music festival. For the little one the summer resort of Loftahammar is only 2 km away. There is a marina, restaurant and a very nice bakery here. A nice day trip can be to visit Astrid Lingren's World in Vimmerby, approx. 80 km. At Tättö camping very close by there are pedal boats, canoes, mini golf, bike rental and boat for rent. Welcome to a pleasant holiday near the sea and beach! Good to know: Bed linen and towels are brought by the guest. Duvets and pillows are of course available in the cabin. Parking can be found approximately 150 meters from the cabin. Cleaning is included in the rental price, but the guest is responsible for washing the dishes, taking out the rubbish, and returning any moved furniture to its original place.
