"ai sottani" is an independent 30 sq m deluxe suite, inserted in a historic building in the center of Gioia del Colle (BA), famous for its mozzarella and primitive wine. The country is in a strategic position between the Adriatic and Ionian Sea, between Bari and Taranto, just 35 km from Matera and only 20 km from Alberobello, you can easily reach the Bari-Palese airport. A stone's throw from the structure is the Norman Swabian castle with its Archaeological Museum and the historic center. the two-room apartment is characterized by ribbed and barrel vaults typical of popular housing in southern Italy of the 19th century. The rooms have been completely renovated leaving nothing to chance. The original doors have been recovered, some of the furnishings, from the sideboard to the door of the compartment where the well was, have started to "live" with all the load of their history. Each object brings back to the past, a past that fits into rooms furnished with attention to every detail and comfort: heating, free wi-fi, the latest generation of air conditioners, full kitchen corner, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster all to ensure that the guest feels at home. The bed from the bed base, the mattress and the pillows is Simmons, the top for an excellent rest. the rooms are soundproofed thanks to Internorm fixtures; there is a double independent entrance without stairs accessible to all. a sofa bed in the high quality deluxe suite with memory mattresses. free on-site parking is possible or garage parking is available on request with an extra charge. Free bicycle rental possible. Next to it there is a wine bar for every need a few meters away, bank, post office, mini market and pizzerias. Everything for maximum relaxation. the keys are handed over by me at the check-in and returned at check-out.
