Nice cosy flat

Very nice arrangement, modern flat, well equipped. Teh environment is beautiful in a tiny vilage within grapeyards and orchards. The only issue is the Bathroom. The shower is ver modern but the floor at the sink started to warp up why teh water is not properly pouring into the sink. Finally the ventilation duct for the sewar pipe is very close to the Roof window why it may stink in the bathroom.

Gute Unterkunft mit Schwächen im Sommer

Schönes, modernes Appartment. Die Klimaanlage ist leider viel zu schwach um die Wohnung im Sommer adäquat zu kühlen (nachts waren es in der Regel immer noch um 24 Grad). Der Außenbereich ist einsehbar von Vermieter und Eltern, die im Erdgeschoss wohnen, zudem immer in der Sonne und damit fast komplett nutzlos. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung insgesamt auch zu klein, z.B. Couch maximal für 2-3 Personen. Lage und Aussicht sind überragend und Luca war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Trotzdem würde ich vermutlich nicht noch einmal im Sommer wiederkommen.

Beautifull appartment near to Lago di Garda

We send 5 days in the brand new appartment in Drena. Drena is a small village 13 km from Riva del Garda up on a hill. The ower Luca is very supportive and helpfull. The appartment No1 is fully equiped and very clean and we had an beautifull view down to Drena. Also air conditioning is available for all rooms and the fridge had one cold bottle of wine and beer. From Drena you could alot of differenet activities.
