Large rustic gîte Bois le Duc

This large gite, located opposite the fields of the estate and the La Sioule river, is ideal for accommodating up to 12 people.

In front of the cottage, you will find a shaded terrace under an awning with wooden garden furniture, four wooden deckchairs, a Fatboy hammock for two people and a large Weber quality barbecue.

On the ground floor, a large country kitchen whose exterior door leads to the terrace facing the river, at a safe distance for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner hot plate, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator.
You will also find on the ground floor the bathroom with a hand basin, two Italian showers and two toilets.

The living room is on the first floor. Equipped with a large table for 12 people and a very comfortable seating area. It is accessible both from the kitchen and from the hallway below.

Upstairs, 5 bedrooms with sink. 1 bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and 4 bedrooms have twin beds (90x190cm). The 6th bedroom will delight your children, thanks to its bunk bed (90x190cm).

Two children's barriers are at your disposal in the gîte. Le Bois le Duc is also equipped with central heating.
