Amazing condo situated on the 15th floor of the luxurious oceanfront development of Icon Vallarta, this modern, and unique property has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The Condo is fully furnished, and comfortable; a wrap around private balcony with outdoor cot, table, and chairs to enjoy the ocean views, marina cruiseships, and mountains.

The Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, linens are provided, desk, lamp, and mirror for the ladies. It also has a flat screen TV with cable, DVD, in addition to free phone, wireless internet, and security box. The Room opens into the wrap around balcony with direct views of the ocean. We have available a baby travel cot (ask in advance).
The bathroom has a shower from which you can admire the beautiful view of the sea while taking a bath. Towels, bathrobes, and pool towels are provived for your comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffe maker, toaster, microwave, oven, blender, juice maker, wine glasses, and all the cooking utensils in case you need them. There is a large refrigerator with ice maker, and a two people bar for a quick meal, or to prepare food.

There is a beautiful, and spacious dining room for 4 people. In the living room there is another TV with cable and Netflix.

The department has a good internet for those who need to work.

There is also a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and iron board.

Icon Vallarta is a very special property, designed by Yoo by Starck.You can enjoy the two beautiful Pools, Private Beach with sun loungers, cots and umbrellas. There is restaurant for breakfast, Beach Club for snacks, Beach Bar, and Jacuzzis with the most amazing oceanviews. Sunsets are incredible.
Icon is the Only development in Vallarta with Inside Concierge, Spa, Gym, Cinema ,Library, Game Area with billard, ping pong and hockey, Bussiness Center, and Areas for Kids. The desing of each Lobby is special and unique.

The view is amazing! Fun to watch the cruise ships coming and going a few blocks away. The sunsets are beautiful. The pools are beautiful and very relaxing. Great bar service. Comfortable accommodations.Thank you, Betzy & Javiar, for the use of your beautiful condo.

The apartment had amazing views, it was very comfortable the facilities in the complex were excellent and very well maintained. Communication with the owners was excellent. The only thing I gave four stars was the location as there’s not that many great restaurants close so it does require getting an Uber but there was a good supermarket within a short walk form the ICON.

Million Dollar View

This condo was well appointed with all the conveniences of home. The location is excellent within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Taxis readily available for a trip to the The Marina, Malecón or just around town. Contact with the owner was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, we enjoyed for two weeks.

Icon Vallarta get away

The property is located a bit out from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vallarta which for us was ideal. There was a full grocery store within 5 minutes and great restaurants nearby. A very secure property and the unit was clean, well equipped and superb views. Very comfortable and met our expectations. Only good things to say about our stay

This condo was very clean and well kept. My husband and I spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the city and ocean. The sunset and sunrise views were incredible. The staff at the ICON (thank you Margarita) were amazing. Thank you so much for making our visit memorable 💗

Perfect getaway

The location of the Icon is perfect and Betzy is a lovely host. Great communication, very well equipped condo, comfortable bed and views to die for. Safe area, grocery store is five min walk, airport is close (but not too close). This is our second visit to the Icon and we plan on being back soon.

Having been to PV several times, I always stay at Icon, they make things easy, which to me is the point of a vacation. The unit has everything you need and there is a grocery store very close. Betzy is a great host, I appreciated the drinking water and welcoming snacks!
