Wonderful Appartement

The apartment with fenced garden in a quiet environment is a true jewel. The modern furnished apartment is with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with large TV beautiful. The terrace with sea views is open for breakfast.

Spacious and modern

Lovely house with private parking. We'll situated to explore the region. Very modern and up to date. Lovely view from the patio. Great communication with the owner and her mother (who was able to show us the house, and also lovely to deal with). Grazie!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Maison Margot.Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung von Giovanna war sehr herzlich, so dass man sich direkt willkommen und wohl fühlen konnte.Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist phänomenal. Uns begleitet immer unsere Golden Retriever Hündin Fine und das Grundstück war perfekt eingezäunt.Die Region ist für Ausflüge unterschiedlichster Art ideal. Wir wären mehr als gerne wieder Gäste der Familie „Maison Margot“.

Una coppia davvero piacevole e rispettosa, insieme al loro cane. Hanno trattato la casa con grande cura e l’hanno lasciata perfettamente in ordine. Il loro messaggio sul quaderno degli ospiti, pieno di entusiasmo per il soggiorno e con la voglia di tornare, ci ha fatto davvero piacere. Li accoglieremmo di nuovo con grande gioia! La villetta è molto spaziosa e ben tenuta, la Signora Giovanna, molto gentile e premurosa, è in una posizione molto comoda per andare al mare, non ho mai trovato traffico, in 15/20 minuti si arriva in spiaggia. La casa non è dotata di impiato di aria condizionata, non è un problema perchè la posizione è piuttosto ventilata.

Wohlfühlen mit bella vista

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern renoviert und hat alles, was man sich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt wünscht zB. auch bequeme Betten und viel Ruhe.Das gepflegte Gelände ist durch ein Elektrotor gesichert und man kann, mit etwas rangieren, direkt vor der Eingangstür parken.Schöne Terrasse mit Weitblick bis zum Meer und möbliert. Ein Sonnenschirm für die Morgensonne wäre noch gut. Leider gibt es keine deutschen Fernsehsender, was uns jedoch eher gut getan hat!!

Great Place, in a great lcoation.

We loved everything about the place. Owners were helpful in finding parking. Lots of stairs, so be prepared. We all felt safe and at home!!

Very nice location

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very well equipped and stylish. It is perfect for visiting the surrounding area and near enough to the beach. We really recommend it if you want a quite location. Thanks to the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice spacious appartment

This apartment is nicely located 15 min from the beach in a picturesque village. We have been there the second time. and it was great again. Looking at the increasing temperatures, an air condition would clearly add value to the apartment.

Very nice appartment. Clean and spacious and well equipped. In one bedroom the bed is rather small (160cm I guess) but in the 2nd bedroom it is 180cm. Floor heating is also a plus. Very nice views from the terrace

Spacious, clean, well equipped & nicely located

It was a great stay. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean and with a perfectly equipped kitchen. Secure car parking behind a private gate and nice terrace with lounge and outside table. Very silent and 10 minutes drive from the beach and San Benedetto. We can really recommend the flat and also the very helpful host. If we return to this region, this flat is definitely again on our list.
