Perfect location

We stayed in this flat for 3 nights and it has been exactly what we expected. Close to the lifts, you will be able to come back to the residence without walking and you’ll need to walk 3 minutes to have dinner.

Lovely, very well equipped apartment with a great view just slightly out of the way

The Rauch’s have a really nice apartment, that is very well equipped (a dishwasher, oven, a proper hob and a freezer plus all the cooking equipment you could want) with a stunning view of Mont Blanc.Also, the apartment felt spacious for the myself and my 2 adult sons plus the expanding table and extra chairs meant we were able to comfortably host our ski buddies for dinner on a couple of occasions.(Les Arcs 2000 doesn’t have a boulangerie or a proper supermarket but the later can be overcome vis the short cable car that runs into the night down into 1950.)The only downside is that the apartment is not quite in the heart of the action. It’s a 5 minute walk to Place Olympique and whilst you can ‘ski in’, this requires getting on a specific lift (Lanchette) or a carpet that can’t actually move the weight of an adult. Likewise ‘skiing out’ is fine but does rely on a Poma running, something that it was only doing half the time when we set off 1st thing in the morning.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Manque de confort du canapé lit. Bien préciser que l'appartement est orienté Nord qui plus est avec un gros tas de neige sur le balcon ce qui limite la vue. Mais le but aux skis c'est d'avoir de la neige.....

Un studio parfait pour des vacances entre amis

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce studio. Les photos de l'annonce ne rendent pas honneur à l'appartement qui est assez grand pour un studio en station. Seul la salle de bain est très rétro mais elle fait très bien l'affaire pour un court séjour. Le départ à ski est vraiment le plus gros atout de l'appartement. Je consrille vivement.

"les ARCS2000" meilleure station du monde

Souplesse : vous avez des pistes vers l'est, le sud ou l'ouest, donc selon vos envies, selon le soleil... Les commerçants sont très accueillants, sympathique malgré le stress que nous leur imposons. clin d'oeil au Red Rock et au Savoy. Tout est cher mais c'est le ski. Le studio : petit, sans chambre, c'est très "intime". la sdb est dans son jus, plastique orange 1970. L'immeuble est à l'écart. Les couloirs sont longs.

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir waren als Familie in dem Apartment. Es war größer als erwartet. Es hatte genug Platz für 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (12, 13 und 15 Jahre alt). Man kann direkt vom Haus weg zur Piste abfahren und auch von der Piste zum Haus zurück (für geübte Skifahrer). Ungeübt muss man ein paar Meter (200m?) zum Zubringer-Lift laufen. Der Blick auf den Mont Blanc ist toll. Das Apartment ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, hat genug Stauraum und auch genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, ... Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und haben schon wieder für 2025 dasselbe Apartment gebucht. DANKE an Jean für die gute Kommunikation und für das tolle Apartment! Sven von Eicken

Logement très bien. Proche de la place avec commerces / restaurants / bars. Rien à dire sur le logements dans on ensemble. Par contre petit bémols concernant la conciergerie, j’ai trouvé la dame très désagréable dans nos échanges, nous étions pourtant très content d’être ici nous n’avons pas vraiment compris. En dehors de ça je vous recommande ce logement !

Très bon séjour, appartement propre hormis le micro ondes pas nettoyé, cafetière cassée et non nettoyée. Gros bémol sur le couchage, clic-clac dans la salle de séjour pas confortable du tout, mauvaises nuits !

bonsoir je rebondis sur votre commentaire lors de la remise des clefs il fallait en parlé à la conciergerie c est elle qui fait l état des lieux au départ des locataires précédents et le ménage si celui-ci n a pas été fait correctement pour la cafetière cassé j en avait donné une à la conciergerie qui était censé la remplacer et du coup elle l’a changé après votre départ quand au canapé le couchage est un point très difficile à gérer je suis surpris vous êtes le premier à m en parler alors que j’ai effectué à peu près 20 séjours depuis le début de la saison certains vont le trouver dure d’autre mou le canapé a été changé l année dernière …… avec le matelas plus un sur matelas mr Rauch

bonjour notez l appartement sur la distance des pistes est dommage surtout que la station n était pas prête pour l ouverture car normalement il y a une remontée au pied de l immeuble qui vous dépose derrière le restaurant le savoy et départ vers tous le domaine
