The property is attached on one side (the confining property is only used from time to time), surrounded by a garden, which is set in terraces and completely fenced, equipped with a lovely veranda with a table, chairs, sun-umbrellas, barbeque and a dreamy swimming pool which is at the exclusive use of the guests as also the changing room and shower with warm water.

The villa is perfect for guests which would like to explore whole Tuscany – Lucca 20 km, Florence 80 km, Pisa 20 km or the wonderful beaches of the Versilia!
