Individual chalet "la Chaumière", new in 2018. very comfortable, wooded garden

The chalet "LA CHAUMIERE" is located 300m from the center of the village of Saint Paul in Chablais, in a quiet residential area, with a small lake and mountain view.
Brand new chalet of 2018, wooden frame, with larch cladding.
The interior is a harmony of thermo-brushed paneling, facing stone and painted walls.
Very bright thanks to these many openings and its large picture window, you will have large pleasant rooms, and a mountain corner (reading, extra room)
A modern bathroom with quality materials.

At the ground floor :
- Entrance with cupboard.
- Bathroom with large shower, suspended toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
- Living room

Upstairs :
- sleeping area with double sofa bed
- master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed
- children's room with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed.

Regarding PRICING
Outside the holiday period, the proposed rate is fixed for a maximum of 2 people. Beyond this, a flat rate of € 10 per additional person per day will be applied.

Housework
The cleaning must be done by the vacationers before their departure.
It is possible to request the additional cleaning service. Contact me to know the conditions.

Bail
A deposit of 500 € is requested on arrival, not cashed and returned on departure depending on the condition of the accommodation.

Sehr gut mit etwas Luft nach oben

Sauberkeit und Zustand des Hauses sind absolut top. Es ist nahezu alles vorhanden, ist halt ein Ferienhaus, da vermisst man immer was. Zwei, drei Nespressokapseln wären ein guter Start... Paar schöne Weingläser hätten wir in Frankreich erwartet. Minuspunkte gibt es für die total durchgelegene und wellige Matratze im grossen Bett und die gleichfalls etwas schmuddelige und abgesessene Couch. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Für Leute mit Kindern: das WLan funktioniert gut im ganzen Haus. Mit einem Firestick hatten wir das volle deutsche Programm. Wir können die Unterkunft für bis zu drei Leuten empfehlen.

Eine schöne Auszeit ...

Ein schönes, ruhig gelegenes Holzhaus. Für einen Familienurlaub gut geeignet. In Fußweite gibt es alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht. Von Saint-Paul-en-Chablais aus ist man mit dem Auto schnell am See und auch schnell bei den Wanderstrecken in Bernex. Für Kinder (5-8) geeignete Wander-Rundtouren zufinden war schwierig. Mit der Seilbahn in Thollon (fährt nicht jeden Tag) auf de Grat und dann zum Pic de Memises war beeindruckend. Da die Saison wohl erst Mitte/Ende Juni los geht, waren die Hütten/Chalets die wir besucht hatten noch geschlossen.

Très agréable séjour

Un séjour des plus agréables dans ce chalet neuf de Saint Paul. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, jusqu'aux nombreux livres et jouets enfants à disposition dans une chambre. La terrasse avec le barbecue achèvent ce très beau cadre. Chaise bébé, literie très confortable, ustensiles divers... difficile d'apporter une critique négative. Enfin, merci à Mathilde pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Un beau séjour /ein toller Aufenthalt

un chalet qui est très bien équipé, un accueil chaleureux (merci Thierry et Mathieu) et une région avec beaucoup de possibilités. Nous avons réjoui nos vacances au-dessus du lac léman! À recommander!! Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Chalet, ein herzlicher Empfang von Thierry und Mathieu und eine Region mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt oberhalb des Genfer Sees sehr genossen! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Gite idéal en famille

Superbe gîte. Les équipements sont adéquates et de bonnes qualités, le jardin très agréable. Et même une vue sur le lac en prime ! Situation idéale pour visiter les alentours du lac leman !

Maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour une famille (Machine a laver, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux,….). Le chalet en bois est magnifique et l’extérieur est appréciable avec son salon de jardin.

Chalet agréable, décoré avec goût, dans une très belle région

Très joli chalet, on apprécie sa déco récente. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactif (par mail) Les personnes qui nous ont accueilli étaient également très agréables. À savoir : il n'y a pas de WC ni point d'eau à l'étage, donc pas pratique avec des enfants. Et il y a 1 seul WC qui se trouve dans l'unique salle de bain... Ça aussi quand on est 5, ce n'est pas toujours pratique. On a apprécié le petit jardin et sa terrasse. L'environnement du chalet est dans un quartier en sortie de bourg de campagne, donc plutôt tranquille, mais avec des coqs qui chantent... Dont un juste derrière la haie ! La région est vraiment magnifique !

Mooi vakanthuis dichtbij meer van Geneve

Heel gezellig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Comfortabele bedden en heel fijn terras met grote tafel en stoelen en parasol. Het is meer is vlakbij en de steden Evian en Thonon zeer de moeite waard. Prima vakantie gehad!

Siamo stati a, soggiornare in questo chalet, il locale è nuovo, totalmente in legno, curato, caldo ed accogliente in bella posizione sul lago di fronte a Losanna situato a 10 minuti dal lungolago. Dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ottimo soggiorno in un posto tranquillo. Sicuramente consigliato.

Empfehlenswertes Chalet in ruhiger Umgebung

Entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Garten ist nicht so groß, wie er auf den Bildern wirkt, aber völlig ausreichend. Ansonsten komplett und gut ausgestattet. Liegt etwas abseits, daher sollte man schon mobil sein. Dafür sind aber Wanderziele in direkter Umgebung. See ist ca. 20 Fahrminunten entfernt. Fazit: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wer allerdings morgens früh abreisen muß, sollte die Endabnahme am Abend vorher organisieren :-)
