Very nice upsatairs apartment not too far from cortina by car or bike. Very clean, nice kitchen. Furniture is not very comfortable and WiFi is extremely bad. Parking. Car is difficult in narrow space between road, apartment and cliff. Hot tub is bathtub in upstairs bathroom. Host was slow to respond to messages.

Gute Unterkunft für Outdoor-Begeisterte

Insgesamt ein schönes und gemütliches Appartement - gut geeignet für maximal 5 outdoor-begeisterte Personen die lange Tagestouren in den Bergen unternehmen wollen. Die Wohnküche ist ideal für 5 Personen - hier ist genügend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (es "fehlt" eigentlich nur eine Kaffee-Maschine - dafür gibt es eine kleine Bialetti). Das erste Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist groß, hat viel Stauraum und ist auch relativ ruhig gelegen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 2 bzw. 3 Betten (drittes Bett leider nur als Kastenauszug) ist sehr klein und für 2 bis 3 Erwachsene eigentlich zu klein. Als Kinderzimmer ist es ausreichend. Hier gibt es auch nur wenig Stauraum. Leider liegt die Ferienwohnung an der sehr stark befahrenen Straße, wodurch die eigentlich schönen Balkonflächen weniger einladend sind. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es vertretbar ruhig, aber bei offenem Fenster lässt sich ohne Ohrstöpsel nur schlecht Schlaf finden. Ist man vom Kletter- oder Wandertag hinreichend erschöpft geht es aber ;) Fazit: Für bergsportlich Ambitionierte gut geeignet, wenn man nicht zu viel Entspannung sucht. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach allerdings schon sehr hoch - aber wir konnten selbst nach 3 Monaten Suche in der Gegend nichts günstigeres für 5 Personen finden.

Bellissimo appartamento a San Vito di Cadore

Ho soggiornato presso questo appartamento con la mia compagna per una settimana. Oltre ad essere molto bello e ben rifinito, risulta essere spazioso per 2 persone, ma anche per 4 persone con i suoi due bagni e letto matrimoniale più i due singoli. Ben attrezzato con cucina, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, è adatto a famiglie, coppie e tra amici. Posizione ideale, anche se accanto alla strada principale ( con finestre chiuse non si sente niente) a tre minuti a piedi dal centro di San Vito di Cadore e a 10/15 min di macchina da Cortina d’Ampezzo. Gentilissimi, simpaticissimi e disponibilissimi a qualsiasi richiesta ed esigenza i proprietari, con un sacco di consigli utili su sentieri, attività, ferrate ed altro. Posto auto di fronte all’appartamento con spazi giusti, in ogni caso a 200 mt c’è un ampio parcheggio libero. Super consigliato, ci tornerò sia in estate che per la stagione invernale.
