Charming little new studio with exterior access: mini private terrace. Capacity 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children (bed + double sofa bed). Comfortable: fitted kitchen with dishwasher, combined oven / microwave, internet fiber, towel dryer, coffee machine, access to washing machine and dryer. Accessible: 15 mins from Bordeaux city center by car, 35 min by public transport (bus), bus stop at 250m, tram at 3km. Practical: shops 900 m away: pharmacy, tobacco shop, artisan bakery, traditional cuisine restaurant, Italian restaurant, tapas bar.
