Had a wonderful stay here during a local event. The villa was clean and comfortable with a great balance of historic charm with tasteful modern updates. The hosts are just fantastic and we felt warmly welcomed in their home. The location is great. Very close to the A27 but also quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed evening walks along the canal just at the end of the street. Would love to stay again as there is so much more in the area to do and this is a perfect location to see it all!
The location is so close to the canal, walks and town, but also easy to access motorways - perfect! The home is full of charm, excellent decor and perfect to relax in. Beautiful yard and lots of comfy places to sit and chat. The hosts are incredibly responsive and have done a seamless job. I would highly recommend.
Lovely traditional Chichester home. Pictures online are a good reflection of the property itself. Communication with the owners was very good & easy. You won’t be disappointed with this rental.
Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay special. There were a couple of small cleaning products missing, but they dropped more over straight away. We forgot our baby monitor and they kindly sent it to us. Thor recommendations for the area weee brilliant, especially a pub with a play area for our little one. Thank you!
Thank you Amanda and Dominic for a wonderful stay in your lovely home. It had everything we could have needed for our two young children and the location was perfect for quick access to the beach but also the great outdoors of the South Downs. We will definitely return in the near future!
Perfect for my family with a wide range of ages .
I also left a large sum of money which was reported back to me before I even got home!
I will definitely return
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and in a great location with the canal at the end of the road and a quick drive to West Wittering. The house had lots of toys which was great for our toddler! It was very comfortable and well equipped. The garden was also great as we had good weather.
We had a wonderful stay last week at this property.
We have two young boys and the house was ideal! There was already a cot set up which was so handy. The owners had left toys out for our boys to play with which they loved.
The garden is beautiful with a lovely dining area and was a lovely safe area for the boys to play.
The beds were really comfortable with lovely bedding.
An ideal location just 5 minute walk from the centre of Chichester and just round the corner from loads of restaurants and the train station.
Really loved our weeks stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Victorian home in a great location, cosy with outside space.
The property was ideal for us as a family; 2 adults, 2 older children and a baby. Close enough to walk into the city and not far from the beaches by car. Lovely and cosy, clean and with all we needed for a 3 night break. The house was very welcoming upon arrival. Parking was by permit outside. The communication was excellent with the owners before and during our stay, providing us with additional information about the area. Towels were provided which we didn’t know about before so had taken our own. Sadly the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outside space but it looked inviting with lights, seating and plants. Take an eye mask if you like a dark bedroom in the morning as the main room is beautifully bright, white and airy and doesn’t have blackout curtains. The beds were lovely and comfortable, WiFi and sky tv were a bonus for our nights in with a glass of wine.
We visited Fishers family fun park which was brilliant, West Wittering, the Air Arena trampoline Park and Chichester itself all within our few weeks rainy days. Very nearby is the cinema, bowling and trampolining complex which was handy to entertain our children and grab something to eat. Walkable distance. Great location, lovely home, would love to return!

Ideal base for Chichester
My daughter, myself and two young grandchildren stayed for a couple of nights for a break. The house was geared up for children along with a child friendly garden. Ideally situated with a short walk along the canal and into the city centre. Wittering beach about 15 min drive. Would highly recommend for exploring Chichester. A real home from home.
